Glen did a great job to repair the carpet where my cat tore up the edge. He also replaced two broken floor tile. It looks like the carpet and tiles are the original. He was on time and made sure that I was satisfied with the work. I would recommend him and would use him again for any future repairs.

Glen was on time and completed the work in good manner however, he quoted $69 on the phone to stretch out a wrinkle in the carpet with some furniture removal. He raised his quote to $119 on arrival saying that the job was more than expected. A 58% increase. The job, in fact, was to stretch out one wrinkle and remove some furniture, as stated on the phone. It makes one wonder if this is a ruse to under bid the job initially.
