Glen is a nice fellow, very polite but refused to do any prep work before laying the linoleum or install any transitions between rooms. Every uneven surface is quite noticeable. I mentioned this before he started work and he assured me that the linoleum would take care of this. Not even close! So, if you dare to use Glen, make sure your floor is perfect before he shows up. Not happy with install.
