Mr. Glen Granthem is a real gentleman, a true carpet repair and carpet stretch expert, his work was at all-times neat and clean, the cost for his work was fair and reasonable, and he was a pleasure to have in our home. It has now been over two weeks since he re-cut and re-stretched the carpet in our house (necessary due to the poor quality of the original installation four years ago by some other carpet company) and to date all of the carpets in the house look just as beautiful as the moment he finished his work. A year ago we hired a different carpet repair service to correct the problems, and within three or four days after their work was done, the carpets began to look as if nothing at all had been done to fix them. By the end of the first week the carpets looked as bad as before. Thereafter, we gave up on the idea of having the carpets repaired, and resigned the matter to eventually having the carpets prematurely replaced. That is, until we heard about HomeAdvisor, and accordingly decided to hire Mr. Granthem based upon their recommendation. Glen used his 40 years experience to fix a trouble area. He throughly explained what would need to be done to do all 5 repairs and then did them in a timely manner.

Glen did a great job on the stretching of our carpets. He was prompt and the work was completed in the time that he had estimated. I would highly recommend to anyone needing their carpets stretched.

When I talked to Glen, after describing my area that needed repaired, he give me a quote and we set up an appointment. He called when he was on his way and arrived at the appointment time. He did an excellent repair and I was very happy with his work. He was polite, and clean, not only in his person but also left my area clean. I would use him again and highly recommend him.

Glen called to set an appointment within 30 minutes of me requesting a quote online. I described the problem and he provided a quote and set an appointment time. He called 20 minutes prior to the appointment time and was here as scheduled. He inspected the damage, gave me two options and agreed with the option I selected. He completed the job in less than 30 minutes and his charge was below his initial quote. The repair is not noticeable and if I did not know where it was, I could not find it. If I need any future carpet repair, I will call Glen. I highly recommend him.
