Glen actually did some carpet repairs for me but it was not in the drop down box. We had a refrigerator line break and flooded the carpet in the family room . He did a fantastic job and was very professional. I even had him take some carpet out that in the from bathroom & replace it with linoleum as a small side job. In fact, he did a better job than a prior tile installer on stretching the carpet up to the tile that is in the kitchen, Highly recommend Glen.

Glen was very professional. He was on time, evaluated what needed to be done. I had cat urine on my carpet so the padding needed to be taken out and replaced. He removed the padding but couldn't install it until I had the carpet cleaned. He called back to check to see if I was able to locate someone to clean it but I hadn't found anyone the first week. The next week I contacted him after I had the carpet was cleaned and this was on a Sunday morning. He was able to squeeze me in to install the padding, stretch the carpet, sealed it in and even plugged a small patch I had missing. He did some other things to the carpet but I can't recall what he said he was doing(smile). He did a wonderful job. I highly recommend him.

The initial call back was done within 5 minutes of submitting the request. He called 30 minutes before arriving and was on time and professional during his visit. He cleaned up has he went and left the job with zero mess for me to clean up. GREAT SERVICE!!!
