He responded the same day I requested a repair person for my carpet. Glen arrived about 15 minutes before our appointment. He was very professional and explained what our issue was and how he was going to make the repairs. I would hire him again and also recommend him to anyone who needs carpet or tile repairs.

He was very professional on the phone, which differentiated him from the many other callers, and even offered some free advice in case I hired someone else - which I am happy I didn't.

It was great doing business with this gentleman. He went above my expectations.

Excellent job of stretching carpet that had several large ripples in it. Looked like newly laid carpet. Corrected a job done improperly. Worked quickly. Wore face mask and shoe coverings. Would hire Glen again.
