Description of Work: Regret using this moving co. Broke many pieces and furniture (we paid for the packing services). Weren't exactly prompt with returning our calls or emails. Did not deliver on time. They are not exactly truthful about using subcontractors- they said all of their movers are their own, but they used a contractor to deliver and unload our items who did not do a good job unloading, in fact they damaged some of the walls and doors while unloading, they didn't know how to hookup our washer/dryer. I would not recommend this co.

 + -1 moreIt wasn?t what I expected. They gave me a ballpark price of $1800 but when they came out they gave me a pricing bid of $3500. I asked them if they will deliver it will be probably $4500. So I was not happy with their service. They were very anxious to help me. What they were saying was not what they were offering. They were not very professional. Their responsiveness was very slow and they were not punctual.

Description of Work: The movers were great and worked hard. What was bad the estimate was for $440, we told company exactly what we had to move, and they didnt allot for enough time for movers to accomplish it and did not send a big enough truck, so we were left with the whole garage of contents at the house and 3/4 of contents of storage locker not moved. We had to rent a trailer and do the rest of the move ourselves which took 4 more trips. The also did not send the correct equipment to lift our piano. It was in the planning they fell short. The guys that came and worked, worked hard and did all the could.

 + -1 moreThis is the second time I have moved with Full House Movers and within the same month! First I moved into a new house and now I just moved my business. Our first move with them was equally as great and was completely damage free. We are very happy with their service. They also offered us a discount on our second move because we have been loyal customers and decided to move with them a second time. If I compare the value of both of these the moves to quotes I received from other movers, it is virtually half. This is taking into account the discount and the already cheaper quotes we received from them. The move was perfect again this time, and we had a lot of stuff to move. We have an interior design company and you can?t even imagine how much stuff we had to move! This included some very expensive measuring tools, which is why we wanted to only hire a trust worthy company. Full House Movers helped us all the way: they bubble wrapped all the fragile stuff and some belongings we requested in order to avoid damage. The end result was that we had a perfect move with all the furniture; desks, chairs and storage units and our equipment delivered without damage. Thank you Full House Movers for the outstanding job.

Very good company!! I received several quotes over the phone but Full House Movers were actually able to provide me with an in-home estimate and the estimator was very informative. I was very impressed with the crew and how they wrapped my furniture. My last move to Las Vegas was horrible so I was considering moving myself but didn't have the time. The movers at Full House Movers were courteous and professional (nothing broken or missing) and my items were delivered in a timely manner. The movers were excellent and experienced, not some day laborers off the street. If I ever move again (which I hope I don't) I will use Full House Movers for my relocation!
