Great customer service and follow up! Their communication with the estimates is very straightforward. I appreciated their timelines in getting the fence jobs completed right away.

We have been trying to get the fences replaced for the last couple of years, and working with neighbors is not always easy. However, this company made coordinating easy. Their follow-up is top notch and the process was one of the easiest I have ever experienced when working with home improvement companies. The two workers they sent to do the work were fantastic and took the time to work with us as (very minor) issues and questions popped up. He even went the extra mile to help repair our gate (which we were not replacing), because the posts were not level. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

Ergeon was low bidder out of 5 bids. The process was very smooth and professional. Ergeon laid out the process step by step from the start. The paperwork etc was done electronically. I was kept informed about what was happening and the status throughout the process. The actual fence work was very good and they cleaned up the site when the fence work was completed.

Hired Ergeon to replace my back fence that was about 60ft long. Great overall experience from start to finish. Great communication. I was expecting to have to wait a couple of weeks to have the work done, but the installation was done sooner than expected. Installation crew was quick and very courteous. Awesome work. hope to have them work on another side fence in a few months.

This is the 2nd time we've used Ergeon. We hired them again for our phase 2 of our picture frame fence. They did such a great job on the first phase it was a no brainer. IWe are again impressed with their professionalism, their hard work ethic and the quality. All things considered, the price was a bargain really. Photos on my IG : planetrock6duce. Our neighbors have even come over to not only compliment the work but the installation crew as well. They did a great job of keeping everything tidy and worked very efficiently.
