This was my 3rd estimate - Jason promptly came to inspect the job. I had to send a reminder to receive the estimate - as it was a very busy time for the company - and I am glad that I waited for the estimate! The painting estimate was slightly lower than the other companies, the staining and sealing of the window frames was substantially lower. Jason was very helpful and provided advice with color selection, and I am very pleased with the result. Jason and helper completed the task on time. Jason is patient and sincerely wants his customers to be happy- he returned to removed some paint on the window without hestitation.

I called to schedule an estimate and Jason was able to come the day I requested. He arrived on time and promptly gave me a verbal estimate. I immediately accepted since he was very professional and the price was fair. He was able to fit our job into the schedule and get the job done the next week. He and his partner showed up promptly and did an excellent job within the time frame promised. As a bonus, our place didn't even smell like paint because of the green formula they used. I plan on calling again for our next job and have already recommended him to my family.

Jason is very professional and a perfectionist. He helped us in our selection of colors and types of paint to use. He was punctual and finished in the amount of time we scheduled for him to be at our home. He came two different weeks to do the downstairs one week and the upstairs the next week. This worked well for us since we have two kids. He cleaned up every day before he left so we were never living in a "construction zone." We were very comfortable leaving him in our home alone while he was painting. He is very trustworthy. We really enjoyed having him at our house; my little boy misses him! He also helped us out with our computer, hanging blinds, pictures and other projects we had. He can do pretty much anything! We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him for painting jobs.

This is not the first time I've used this company. And as always, Mr. Cortez was very flexible with my schedule to come and take a look at my place. He and his workers are always extremely professional and courteous. The work they did was great and the price extremely reasonable.

Chicagoland Precision Painting definitely lived up to the "Precision" name. Quote was reasonable as compared to the others we received. However, Jason pointed out a few details that others who gave estimates did not notice, or at least didn't mention. This eye for detail was one of the deciding factors in choosing the company, and they did not disappoint. The final result is a couple great looking rooms, clean lines, and no mess left behind - pretty impressive considering the massive amount of patching and sanding that they did on our old plaster walls and ceiling. The only reason for a "B" on punctuality is because the job took a morning longer than estimated - it was only a couple hours and was no additional cost, but it just required to re-arrange schedules on a day that happened to be inconvenient us. Aside from that minor detail, from estimate to final result, they were prompt, thorough, reliable and very professional. Job well done. I will have no problem to recommend them to people and they will be a first call for estimates on future jobs. I'd also note that whatever type of paint it was he suggested to us (some low VOC) was excellent. In the past I've associated "freshly painted" with "noxious fumes". This was not the case at all. They finished by noon on the last day, and by that evening, just a few hours later, there was only the faintest smell of paint. Looked great, didn't smell, and we hung everything back up a day or two later.

I was very happy with the results. They were very professional, allowed me input on the stain color (which was matched incredibly well to my floors and existing trim), and cleaned up after every day (the windows took three partial days to stain & seal). They were very flexible to my schedule and made it very easy for me. To do the estimate and review the job they worked within my schedule versus making me change my schedule to match theirs. My windows look awesome now! I will definitely have them back and I would recommend them to anyone.

We picked a lot of historical arts and crafts period colors with deep saturations. Even thought the contract stated two coats of paint, Jason painted two rooms with additional coats to get the proper color saturation. We didn't appreciate how much cleaning he did every day until the end of the job when we expected everything to be covered in dust and found none. He was very careful to keep paint off all of our restored woodwork. We had a ton of patching, sanding and gallons upon gallons of paint in the house and had only one small accident which Jason rectified immediately and without hesitation.

Jason was great. Jason is the most responsive and professional contractor that I've worked with. He answered on the first ring the first time I called him. I never had to leave a message and hope for a call back like with some other contractors. He was courteous and patiently answered all of my questions. He did a great job painting the bedroom wall and ceiling. Jason also does deckwork and I plan on calling him in the spring to refinish my deck.

Jason was willing to come over to give an estimate on short notice and provided a competitive quote later the same day. The team was friendly and professional and completed the job efficiently. I am very pleased with the quality of the work.

I contacted several contractors to paint the walls in the main hallway and a bedroom in my condo. Jason, the owner, not only showed up on time, but was very professional and detail oriented. He looked at the tasks to be performed and pointed out some things that neither I nor the other contractors noticed. His initial estimate was very competitive. He arrived on time and took care to do the work without creating a large mess. Both Jason and his assistants were friendly and outgoing and did an outstanding job painting the walls. As a matter of fact, they did such a good job, that we had them come back the next week to do the doors, trim, and baseboards. It was definitely worth the money spent and the time saved. They were able to complete both jobs in a matter of hours and made sure that the place was clean before they left.

He gave us different options of services at several pricepoints, which was very helpful. I did my due diligence when it came to selecting a painter. I met with about five different companies/individuals and received a number of quotes. Jason Cortez of Chicagoland Precision Painting was by far the best choice. His quote was very competitive, but I hired him because I was confident in his ability to do the job right and in a timely manner. He really went above and beyond. Even before the job started, he spent a Saturday afternoon in paint store with me, helping to pick the right color and kind of paint. I am so happy with the work he did, and the house looks wonderful! Throughout the entire process, he was conscientious and professional, and I will definitely be working with him again in the future!

Jason was great! He helped me pick out paint colors for a hallway and staircase that coordinated with the existing colors in house. The work in this area had to be very exact because of the detailed wainscoting already in place. The color and the finished job turned out better that I could have imagined! He also tacked a difficult room that I wanted entirely in red. He made no mess and even moved my furniture back into place when he finished. The cost was very reasonable and right on target with his estimate to me. He even touched up some molding in another room that we couldn?t reach on our own.

The company and workers were extremely professional. Initially, the owner came out to give me a detailed explaination of the repairs and how much it would cost. He took me through the step by step process answering all my questions. It was also extremely convenient to meet with him since he came out on weekends to look at my condo. Each day, before the workers left, they cleaned my place. I was very satisfied with the work they have done.

My friend recommended Chicagoland Precision Painting to me. Jason gave me a quote quickly and was cheaper than others I received to paint the interior of my 2600 sq. ft. condo. He and his brother painted my entire condo in less than 3 days including patching, sanding and painting. They cleaned up after themselves and were punctutal. Since then, I have called him back for various small projects including drywall and seam replacement and patching. You can't get a better quality INSURED painter for a better price.
