Description of Work: I used America Maid Clean for several years until we moved to a different area. They did a very good and thorough job, were always on time, and always showed up. Very professional. I also used their help when hosting parties or for special cleaning chores. I was very satisfied with their services. |

Description of Work: They charged quite a lot of money, and did not do a good job, and I dealt with the owner. I had to hire someone else to clean properly. I would NEVER use this company again.

Description of Work: The three individuals who cleaned the house were very good, in every sense. I would hire them again with no reservation, except for the cost. The Big Deal cost is great, but the cost for second and subsequent trips is $65 an hour, too much for me. For first time, however, you can't go wrong with the three ladies who came to my house.

Description of Work: Two persons cleaned for 2 hours- One did much more than the other. Had they worked as equals, much more could have been accomplished, in my opinion. My house is fairly small and though they did a reasonable job, it was not excellent. Scheduling was tight for me and once the date and time were set, I was told they could not make it. This was not working for me and it eventually remained in place, but caused some unnecessary stress.

Description of Work: It went well, there were 3 of them and they stayed for 1 1/2 hours. They did a nice job, but when I walked into the kitchen, after they were gone, the floor where they apparently had mopped was sticky.

Description of Work: 2 people for 1.75 hrs. Friendly & courteous. Came on time and appeared professional. However I did not think the job done was very thorough. Found undusted areas, rags used to clean looked dirty (gray). House didn't smell cleaned.
