They did a good job fixing the sprinkler system, but they left a long rubber piece sticking out of the ground in the back yard. I don't know what it is or if it's safe to cut it off. His work was way over-priced. They did not give us a written estimate. I believe he got us confused with another estimate. He quoted us price. After the work was done, the bill was $300 more than he quoted. When I questioned him, he said he gave us an $800 discount. He said, I quoted you It was more than $1,000 over what he had actually quoted us. We would never have agreed to what he said he quoted us because we thought the lower price was still way too much. Getting him paid was a nightmare. He told us he accepted credit cards. When we tried to pay him through Home Advisor using a credit card, it wasn'tt set up to take credit cards. I ended up having to get a cash draw on my credit card, which cost me an additional $45. There were four sprinkler valves on the side of my house. They replaced all four. Then they told me two of them weren'tt connected to anything. They didn't speak English well enough to make me understand why they replaced the two that weren'tt connected to anything. I gave them 3 stars because (1) he came out when he said he would (which 3 other contractors didn't do) and (2) the sprinkler system works for the first time in 2 years. Everything else about this job was not a good experience.

It's my first time using HomeAdvisor, as a foreigner, just moving in 1 year. My irrigation well was a little bit leaking, I found Raul through HomeAdvisor. He examined it for only 1 minute and concluded that the pump was broken. I must pay $680 to exchange a new one. Two guys came later and put a new pump in and guarantee no problem. I paid for $680 by check. But the leak never stopped, and it got worse than before. The most annoying thing is that I called to Raul many times and sent him texts, he only brushed me off once, and then he never answered me again. Leakage is a matter of great urgency, I already wait for his reply for 5 days. I have no way to ask another company to help me check and repair tomorrow. I think I must have met a liar, horrible experience on HomeAdvisor.

The workers that came were courteous and efficient.

Don't hire these people unless they give you a WRITTEN estimate. Verbal estimate of $800 for sprinkler repair and hedge planting was not honored. I paid $980 after being presented with a total (also verbal not in writing) of $1200 when the job was finished. I will not be hiring this company again!

They showed up on time and did the job, that’s the bottom line. The detail is a bit different but not terrible, I would have preferred they had used the original sprinkler and and used schedule 40 pipe instead of the flexible pipe. All that being said I’m probably at fault because I didn’t specifically say that’s what I wanted done. My suggestion, if you hire them ( which I would do again) be specific about how you want the job done.

Some items not done. Some not done well. Some done properly. Did not answer calls and voicemail not working.

They did a good job. Disappointed though that the person who took the quote is different from the person who did the job. also the quoted price is lower than the actual charge.

This guy is not cheap, but he will fix your stuff. He will show up when he says he will and the work you wanted will be finished the way you wanted it done.

I was impressed - Raul called immediately and was at my house and fixed my problem in less than 24hrs. He was very knowledge and efficient.

They found the problem with our irrigation system right away and were able to fix it quickly. Highly recommended!
