Mission Carpet Care

Highly recommended. Mission Carpet Care used neutralizing enzymes to break down the odors, then thoroughly cleaned each cushion. We had concerns about powerful fragrances, but they were happy to work with us. They were extremely knowledgeable about the various chemical compositions used in their process.

They are absolutely outstanding.  Tim really knows his business and keeps up with the latest advances in carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning.

They arrived on time and gave a great estimate and cleaned the carpet.
It looks just like it did when it was brand new. I especially liked that they removed the carpet cleaned streaks it leaves when it is done. I had never seen that done.
I will defnitely use them again.

This was a routine carpet cleaning; I have Tim of Mission Carpet Care clean my carpets every six months because I have two dogs. Tim is always prompt, and his secretary even calls me when he's on his way so I can put my problem dog in his crate in a closed-off room.
In the past I used the company that drove a yellow van. I was always amazed at how they could go through a 2000 square foot house in under 20 minutes! They would just haul out their steam machines and zip through the house. Not so with Mission.
Before every service we always discuss any problem areas and he tells me what I can expect to pay. Tim always thoroughly vacuums the floors prior to cleaning. He has a special treatment for pet urine stains and puts down an enzyme to eliminate urine odors. After a thorough cleaning and treatment, he grooms the carpets with a special rake.
I have used Mission Carpet Care since 2006, when my realtor recommended them to clean the carpets in a house I was going to sell. Tim did such a beautiful job I have used the service ever since. With some franchise companies, you never know who is going to show up at your door. I feel totally comfortable with Tim; he is friendly and courteous, and is an expert in the business; in other words, a complete professional.

They were great. He paid attention to details. He was very quiet. It was like cone and he made sure that his equipment did not drag around the corners of my floor work. He was doing his job. I would use the services of Mission Carpet Care in the future again.

Mission Carpet Care was on time, gave an estimate, vacuumed the carpet, spot cleaned heavily used areas, and cleaned the carpet. They gave us booties to use for a couple of days while the carpet dried and a bottle of Spot Out to use during the coming year. We have used Mission Carpet Care over the past 3 years. We had new carpet installed 4 years ago and wanted to have the carpets cleaned regularly. They are very professional, asking what type of carpet we had in the beginning, telling us what to expect, and then asking about spots or problems each time they come in. In addition, Mission Carpet Care always calls the next day to ensure what they did was what we expected, and asking if we have any questions or problems.
