Then we had 50 days of drought. But I can say now that it's raining,the gutters are working beautifully.

Derek cleaned my gutters recently, and he did an outstanding job. I plan on having him do my windows soon.

The guy did a great job. He was on-time and punctual. I was happy with the work.

My gutters do have gutter guards, and some of the guards needed replacing due to wear and tear. No problem. Second-story gutters did not need cleaning. All was performed efficiently, and without much mess left. Derek did bring to my attention a cleaned downspout that would not allow water to flow; that it would require digging in my neighbor's yard near his tree roots to determine how to alleviate the clogged underground pipe. The recommendation was greatly appreciated.

I wasn?t entirely happy with this service. Derek, the owner, was supposed to do the cleaning, but Josh ended up being sent to my job. He cleaned the gutters, but left a mess and the job was way too big for one person because I have gutter guards. I spent about two hours the next day cleaning up the leftover debris. When I notified Derek, he did say he wanted to make it right and would get back to me with a resolution. ***UPDATE*** It has taken me 8 months to re-respond to this issue..mostly due to my frustration w/this business owner. Derek did NOT make it right, in my opinion. His resolution was to CHARGE me for the downspout covers (which Josh had suggested would be provided to me, since I had already paid addl for the cleaning) & to NOT charge me a service fee to come back out. I was very upset by this..but I was more upset by the attitude I got from Derek. He was aloof & cocky. His main concern was how the review made him look. He told me it was the worst review he had ever gotten & when I asked about it being true, he said he didn't know, but it hurt his image. I felt his actions & responses were retaliatory & vengeful. I realize now, after dealing with successful, established business owners, that Derek let inexperience, immaturity & ego get in the way of doing the right thing. He sacrificed a satisfied customer & a job well done for saving face & not taking responsibility. In the long run this will hurt his success. I hope he can learn from it, but it seemed to me he didn't care. This situation made me VERY reluctant to give honest feedback to other service providers. In my opinion, this is one of the purposes for having a membership in a business like Angie's List, to alleviate the fear of buying into questionable service providers & feeling there is some protection. I hope this helps in this effort.

They were very thorough and the price was reasonable.

The service was great. I was very happy with that. They did the service while I was at work. Scheduling was a bit tricky, but we worked it out. I forgot to leave the gate unlocked, they were able to solve the problem and did not damage anything in the process that I can see.

It was wonderful. Those guys were absolutely marvelous. They did way more than they were going to do. It was wonderful. They're good. They saw what needed to be done. They were up there and I paid $88 and they gave me five times that much help. I had tried to get people out here to fix the plastic gutters and nobody wants to deal with them. The people with the good stuff charged thousands of dollars to fix it. Whatever was needed, he just did it without even asking. It can't be any better than that one when a man takes care of your home as if it was his own. He went way above and beyond. He charged me another $40 because he ran into a horrible mess with some screening. He fixed everything and there was no charge for any of that. It was amazing. That was pretty nice. I would use him in the future. I have his card right on my desk.

It went well with no major issues. Not exactly sure of the actual date of service or cost. Will possibly use again. Polite and timely.

He called to tell me he would be a little late, which was no problem. But I appreciated the call. He showed up and got straight to work. He was fast and courteous and the windows looked spotless when he was done. Will definitely use him again.

Very well. Derek and his assistant were professional and on time. They took their shoes off before coming into the house and were very careful no to break or disturb anything.

He arrived early, and did more than I expected him to do. I was prepare to pay more than the coupon because my house is on a hill. He cleaned the gutters, installed additional downspout guards and cleaned the downspouts. I was very satisfied.

They cleaned gutters and roof. We had a lot of leaves on our roof (including an old pigeon nest) and they cleaned it all. A great experience.

They did an amazing job. They went around the whole house and it took them less than hour. 2 workers came out. There was no mess and they mentioned that the gutters were not as bad as I thought they were. You couldn't even tell that they had come and gone. Scheduling was very easy.

Great guys to work with! We responded through email for setting up the date and time of service which worked well for me. Sometimes playing phone tag is difficult :). Derek arrived promptly (maybe even a wee bit early) and introduced himself and told me the name of the man that would be working with him (though I didn't meet Aaron directly). They were very efficient, and Derek not only made me aware of moss on the second story roof, he power washed it off as well as this was the reason for the large amount of sediment and gunk in the gutter along the back of the house. He told me where I had a plugged up spout, why, (it has a very narrow opening) and what was clogging it (big leaves matted together) , and cleared it all out. I asked about the window service and he gave me a free "ballpark" estimate of what it would cost to do my windows, and answered all my questions about what they include with window washing. Very personable and professional and would definitely use this service again and would recommend to others.

Derek was professional, and through. It is so nice to be able to see out of the windows and not to worry about climbing up on the roof to clean out the gutter. He services were well worth it and we are very happy with the outcome, and will definately use Eilmas Window Washing again.

I asked if I could schedule another apt to have the backyard gutters finished and was told I would get charged for a second appointment. I thought this was pretty unprofessional and won't use them again.

They cleaned my gutters. They do not try to upsell which was a pleasant surprise! I asked for an estimate of the windows and they were very helpful explaining....and offering options.

Cleaned rain gutters an windows; excellent results. Extras at no charge; neighbor's rain gutter which hung over my yard; and used a leaf blower on my backyard.

They cleaned out our gutters. There was a team of 2 very nice gentleman that did a thorough job. I would definitely use them again.

He,Derek Eilmas, was punctual and explained to me how he was going to clean my gutters and that he would be going up on the roof and he would be very careful with the tiles while up there. He also explained to me, after he did the cleaning, the reason why there always seems to be a stoppage of the water and an overflow when it rained no matter how clean the gutters are. He suggested that I either have another regular downspout installed or that there are decorative downspouts one can purchase at any local home repair store i.e. Lowes that are very easily installed and that look nice and that are relatively inexpensive. That information seemed to me to be the answer even though I have never seen these but will in the future check that out and have it installed. I asked him for a price on future window washing which he gave me. He told me if I had any further water build up when it rains that he would come and take care of it at no further charge. I am quite happy with his gutter cleaning service and would recommend him.
