He did nothing for me. I'm very upset. He loaned me his sump pump and thats it. Charged $150.00 for this. I found a pvc pipe cracked, do to a tree root putting pressure on it. Mel said the whole pipe including all the fittings were brittle and it all had to be replaced. He wanted another $150.00 for this info. I told him it was way too much money. He said he would take care of me. Well let me tell you it took me 20 minutes to correct this condition. Replace all the short 3/4 inch pipe and the fittings. I told him I wanted some money back. He has not responded. This to me is a greed condition. He was out of his field and wanted to make a buck

Polite, professional, takes pride in work, meticulous, friendly. In sum, a very pleasant experience. Described exactly what he was doing, how much it would cost, and did what he said he would do. And he cleaned up completely after himself!
