The service was excellent. He removed the old garage door opener and installed Liftmaster. I can't believe how quiet it is. The gentlemen explained how to use it. Hauled away old garage door opener and cleaned up after he worked.

We replaced the entire roller and engine with a new plastic device that is so quiet. They were so right. It is so quiet and so nice. It was done in a couple of hours. My garage door was coming apart and could only be opened manually. The rollers on one side were off track also. I made an appointment and was quoted 85.00 if it only needed to be serviced. I thought I would need a new door. The guy arrived on time and when he checked out the door he told me he could fix it. He also noticed a cracked at the top of the door which he reinforced with a piece of metal. He serviced the opener also and I have not had any problems with anything. They are a family owned business that has been operating for over 30 years. I only paid the quoted price. Very professional across the board. Great company.

We were having problems with our garage door opening back up right after it closes. They were able to come next day, fixed the problem and did a tune up. They were very nice and professional. They took time to explain the problem and what they did to fix it. We have hired them before and will definitely hire them again for garage door issues.

He did a really great job. He showed me that one of the reasons is that probably the garage door was heavy and it actually needed two springs instead of the original that the people have put in. I had the doors installed ten years ago and they only used one. It went very well. Superior Garage Door is probably one of the best businesses I have ever done business with as far as anything done to my home. I have had problems with that garage door for years. Every time I would call somebody, they would come in and do it. They would charge ridiculous amounts of money just to come in and service it and it never worked properly. When I called Superior to install and replace the garage door opener, I have not had any problems with my garage door. They're very professional. He was excellent and on time. Scott and his son came today and installed the new door. They were efficient and the new door was installed in about an hour. It looks fantastic and glides open very quietly. The technician, Scott, was right on time and got right to work. I called for the tune-up special for my main garage door that was making a horrendous sound when closing. Scott got his ladder out, disconnected the door from the motor, made the necessary adjustments to the rollers and bearings -- and now my garage door closes as smooth as butter. Oh, and while he was there he went ahead and adjusted my third-car garage as well at no extra cost (he said "Hey, I'm already here, so I might as well."). Wow, what a concept -- a work ethic and a conscience! I asked Scott about the light bulb covers on the third car door which were cracked and crumbling away. He said that Tisha (his wife) would order a new one for me and have it delivered to me directly. Next day Tisha called and I gave her my credit card and brand new plastic light covers arrived directly to my home at a very resonable price (yes, I checked). I simply snapped them right on and now my garage works (and looks) as good as new. Thank you Superior Garage Door -- you have earned a loyal customer to which I will gladly refer friends and family!

Superior was truly intent on doing a marvelous job. The technician came on time, quietly did the repair, tuned the whole system, and tested and rechecked that everything worked very well. Oh, by the way, though only one was broken, he changed both torsion springs. This was one truly good experience for me. Thank you.
