He was a polite and conscientious gentleman. He went out of his way, up to Crestline to repair my sister-in-law's heater. He went up, found the problem, discussed it with me, and proceeded to fix it. He didn't have the part so he had to make another trip, but he worked all day until he had everything fixed that night.

They came fast, gave me options besides just replace it, but I did choose to get it over with and got a new unit. It works well, I didn't really realize how bad my old unit was. They cleaned up everything and were polite and friendly

We had a great experience with Daniel and MSP. Our AC completely went out in June during the weekend. Daniel was nice enough to come out and check the problem. He was nice enough to explain and answer any questions we had. He was very thorough and fixed everything that needed to be up to code. We are very happy with the work he did, highly recommend him and MSP when it comes to A/C problems.
