Danny showed up on the time slot window I was given. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me the a/c unit. I work in Telecom but I understood his explanation about the air conditioner internal workings. He did above and beyond with his service that he even check the unit in the attic. Very great job. I will recommend him to my boss who is also in need of a/c service.

Danny showed up as promised and quickly found the issue with my AC system. He cleaned up and was careful to protect my home as he worked. I received my service on a Saturday evening and did not miss any work waiting at home. I would recommend MSP heating and air and would use them again.

MSP employees care about the customer and about doing a great job. They took great care in respecting my home making sure to watch out for plants and tracking in mud.Also, they treat military with respect and professionalism they care about their veterans. Danny a technician and the rest of his crew Devon are extremely outstanding and knowledgeable in their field.They kept me informed evey step of the way with parts and prices. They did no work until I was ready and thought over the job.I was very blessed to have such honest and hard working people. Due to these people MSP has a extremely happy customer for life! Our air conditioner just stopped one evening, so we found MSP on HomeAdvisor. It was the hottest of days, but they gave us a window of time that afternoon. Danny arrived, assessed the problem - which was minimal, thankfully. He performed a service call procedure and was completed within the hour! He even provided a quick quote for a replacement unit if it came to that. We were very pleased. Definitely will use MSP again! Don

Was not very impressed, they seemed mostly interested in trying to sell me a new condenser, that I later found out from a more reputable A/C serviceman was not necessary at this time.

Our experience with this company was one of awe, the first tech came to our home and gave us his professional diagnostic, he said we needed a compressor, we were pleasantly surprised with a follow up call and service to our home by the same company and they did another diagnostic, changed some parts and gave us the same conclusion, we need a new compressor, the were honest and fair, refunded our diagnostic charge, and we would recommend them to anyone needing repair or replacement of their air conditioner.
