I felt overcharged to replace a simple ignitor element.

Their customer service horrible. The guy lied and said he did work and he did not. I had to pay someone else to do the work. They told me he charged way too much.

Technician showed up on time and did a good job.

I was extremely satisfied Danny came out as a second opinion on my 25 year old unit after the 1st company 25 dollar heating ac. & plumming charged me 654 dollars to change a 50dollar capacitor on a holiday weekend and still did not cool my home ? After Danny did his tests his conclusions was I need a new unit and the other company way way over charged me for a simple repair even if it as a holiday weekend ! As I need a new unit I will give them 1st shot at installation on a new Carrier unit ! My hats off to MSP GREAT SERVICE AND PEOPLE

Showed up as scheduled and was able to get one cooler working and the other one started to work but the pump went out! Since these are the Hessaire coolers from Home Depot, the pumps are not standard! Tech showed me the pump model and how to replace it! He did not charge me for the visit! A+++

First-rate from the start. HA.com response was nearly instant. Got a callk from MSP in less than 5 minutes. scheduled appointment, and tech (Danny) called about 30 minutes out, and was right on time. Without going into all the messy details, Danny worked his magic, diagnosed the problem(s), recommended and performed appropriate fixes, and suggested a reasonable upgrade path to accommodate our planned room addition. Danny was a pleasure to work and talk with. He is bright, enthusiastic, motivated and knows his stuff. Highly recommend, and hope to work with him again. Oh yeah -- the system is working GREAT! Thanks!

I'm a landlord. I was contacted in the AM by my tenants, who advised that the air conditioner wasn't working. Not great in this heatwave. I called MSP and they had technicians Danny and Abraham deployed promptly to diagnose and repair the issue. Both were very professional and were able to quickly solve the problem.

The first hot day of Summer my A/C goes out. Danny from MSP was great. He came out the same day I called. Professional and very helpful..
