When they first bought the original box, they sat it directly on the ground and the inside of the box was wooden with moisture and it ruined a lot things we had in there especially papers. When I complained they tried to blame me that I didn’t open the door for air circulation or that I had blocked the air vent and neither of which were accurate. I sent photos of it to them and I tried to work with the claims rep and they sent a letter claiming the same thing. All the photos I took proved that was not true and the door was open almost every day. We didn’t inspect the boxes on a weekly basis. Even if we inspect the boxes every day and noticed the water based, in their contract they would not take responsibility. So I think it’s an unfair thing to ask a consumer who is purchasing a pod to protect their position that they have no responsibility for water damage. They did come back and replaced the unit with another one and they elevated it 6-8 inches and we had no more problems with moisture. In the end, the pod was fine and they would not replace the items or take responsibility.

I ordered this unit 6 months ago and from the start have had nothing but problems. The sales rep quoted me a bare bones price- but did not add on the mandatory add on's such as loss limitation waiver (insurance for the unit- not the contents) and several other fees. They also did not tell me that the billing month was 28 days and not the standard month- I found this out by accruing late fees. They also told me about a delivery charge and a pickup charge- but forgot to tell me about gas surcharges and other delivery add ons. I feel that I was mislead into the contract I was signing and once they are at your house with a huge storage unit it is hard to change your mind at that point. I would not do business again with a company that misrepresents itself so much with its sales reps.

I had numerous discussions with Allen when I was deciding if I was going to indeed use a storage container during re-carpeting the house. I was adamant that the door should be adjacent to the garage door to facilitate loading. The storage unit was delivered on time. Unfortunately, it was loaded backwards on the truck. The truck driver took it to another street, took it off and reloaded it and then delivered it correctly. If I hadn't been there, it would have not been satisfactory.

I HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED. IN FACT I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THE AREA I AM MOVING INTO I HAVE NOTICED THAT TWO OTHER FAMILIES ARE USING THEM SO THEY MUST BE LIKED. THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY EXPLAIN THINGS, AND THEY RESPONDED TO MY PHONE CALLS. THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL.
