This company remodeled my kitchen and they were truly professional and completely honest from start to finish. Although there were some unexpected issues they resolved everything very smoothly. They also cleaned after themselves at the end of every working day. The most important they made amazing kitchen, beautiful design and quality. I decided to build one more garage and was looking for reliable contractor for that job. I contacted several of them and wasn't satisfied with their offers till I called Unique Home Design & Remodeling. They gave me very acceptable free estimate and we signed a contract. The project started soon after that, all workers were professional and respectful. They finished job week earlier and new garage looks fantastic, The quality is also top notch. I was looking for a reliable contractor who will do high quality work but for reasonable price and I found it, Unique Home Design & Remodeling gave me best possible price and promised to do exactly what I requested. We hired Unique Home Design & Remodeling for a landscape design. The design was just as we wanted, the price was more than fair and it was delivered on time. Very professional company, easy to work with it and very trustworthy. Highly recommended!

Unique Home Design & Remodeling were hired to demolish and rebuild our master bathroom. The remodeling included everything such as the: bathtub, large shower, 2 sinks, custom size vanity, toilet, several mirrors, new lighting fixtures including LED lights, heater and fan inside the ceiling, new paint, new tiles on half walls all around and new marble floor. This whole remodeling project took them 3 weeks and Steve who handled everything, made sure to keep it at the same price that was agreed before we approved the work. Their price was significantly lower than the other 3 estimates that we got from other local contractors. The installers and sub-contractors came to work on time and they worked (Monday thru Friday), respectful, well-mannered, careful and qualified. We will hire them for their services again without any question or doubts. They also made sure to cover all the floor near the working area and carpets to prevent any damage to the house. They also blocked off with plastic sheets the nearby bedrooms in the house, such as the living room and dining room.

We hired Steve at Unique Home Design & Remodeling to renovate our master bathroom, master bathroom and the patio outside the master bedroom. Steve was very professional, skilled, on time and knowledgeable about each stage of the work including all the planning and design. Steve always was able to provide useful suggestions where we needed them and his suggestions were excellent and helped us when we needed to decide when there were multiple selections. Before we hired Steve, we met many other contractors and home improvement companies who could do a great job or their ideas selection were very low or even none. Unique Home Design & Remodeling was by far a seamless mixture of this two. Their work process and final product delivery was more than what we expected to get and our recommendation is that if you are looking for someone professional to finish any remodeling job or to design a complete project in a timely manner then Unique Home Design & Remodeling and mainly Steve is the right company for you!

We Hired Shai from Unique Home Design & Remodeling to remodel the master bathroom in our investment house in redwood city which included basically everything from plumbing to tiles and shower. We will have lots of family members visiting our house this coming thanksgiving so we were under certain pressure with involved stress too as far as when to do this project. Regardless to the holiday, we did some phone calls to contractors based on a research and we met with several of them. It was shocking to see and know how most of them tried to push their schedule in order to accommodate our unusual circumstances and to just sell their product. Shai heard our thoughts and he understood our concerns which gave us the confidant needed in him and his team which leads us to decide and to go for it. The crew of workers were able to finish the remodeling in little bit over than a month and they did a great job. The new master bathroom looks much better that what we thought it will be. We honestly had a perfect process with them which bring us to the point where we cannot write enough about this company and their entire crew. The main factor that really make them better than others was the service and great care for their customers. We now have the perfect bathroom.

Shai at Unique Home Design & Remodeling designed, drafted and implemented the plans for the remodeling that I did on my new house that I just purchased. His design ideas including the experience and his huge help was beyond my expectations! After the design stage was completed, I went ahead and asked Shai to quote us for the remodeling itself. Shai was able to give us a quote that was very good for us and I hired him for that stage as well. During the work, I saw all the attention to details that Shai and his team put for the work and it was very high. The remodeling project was completed a little bit after the agreed time frame (which is completely understandable) and Shai did several changes that I noticed and I asked for during the actual remodeling process. My overall opinion about Unique Home Design & Remodeling is that its a high quality construction company and I highly recommend them!!!

I want to share my experience with Unique Home Design & Remodeling because after a while of hesitating, checking and trying to make a decision of if I should start the remodeling of my kitchen I want to write that my decision was right on. I truly didn't know what to do so I searched online and saw several home improvement companies but the prices were a little high. When I met with Unique Home Design & Remodeling, I was clarified at first how easy it is. I was very happy after my meeting and quote with them and I was wondering if it's possible. At the third meeting, they presented me several designs and the price for each one of them. I went ahead with them and I hired them for my kitchen remodeling project. Honestly after the kitchen was completed, I really don't want to eat out no more lol! I love my new kitchen more than the other spaces of my house.

We are very satisfied with the remodeling project Unique Home Design & Remodeling with the supervision of the project manager David did at our house. The remodeling project included the installation of new stone flooring, shag carpet, new cabinet, countertops new appliances and paint. Sol was the project manager on both remodeling projects (kitchen and bathroom), did a perfect designing job for the kitchen space by using most of the existing space with features that we needed and wanted for a while now. From start to end, the extra attention that Sol put to all the details of both projects was more than what we were looking for. He always gave wonderful ideas and suggestions and he made sure that we are happy with all the decisions about both renovations. We love both projects very much! The kitchen and the bathroom got a completely brand new look and they are very functional for our needs. It makes us very happy each time any of us walk into any of them!

We needed to remodel our 2 bedrooms and kitchen in Alameda and needed the remodeling to be done fast because we needed to move in ASAP. David at Unique Home Design & Remodeling came over to the house and met with us. After checking and chatting the options, we knew right away that we will hire him and all we needed to do is to wrap the price so it will fit our budget. David understood clearly our ideas and fears which were a great tool for him to provide us with many great suggestions that saved us time and money with the remodeling project. His knowledge about all the remodeling aspects and his honesty were a huge plus. We know that many contractors always give you a low quotes and ending up with higher prices so in our case we feel fortunate that we didn't experienced that.

We have worked with Unique Home Design & Remodeling in the past. This time we hired them on a project that included expanding the back of the house. The project included a new laundry room, 2 bathrooms and a new bedroom. We are happy with the work that they did. The work was done on time (based on the scheduled) and they completed it a little bit before the schedule. The price for this work was good compare to the quality of the work. The care from the supervisor (Sol) to the small details was outstanding and we felt that we had the company full devotion. Unique Home Design & Remodeling tried their best to speed up the remodeling so they will complete it on time and because the workers couldn't work for few days due to deliveries of some materials and some permits issues. Everyone at Unique Home Design & Remodeling's customer service is very nice and Sol's over backward to help. Two thumbs up to Leslie.
