Michael was courteous, prompt, efficient and inexpensive especially considering the great job he did. As a result of his work we will not have to spend $6K replacing our carpet as we first thought. He even got 90% of a massive hot wax stain (from a paraffin bath) removed. Excellent work.

He came at around 9:00 and was done by 12:00. They were very quick and did a great job. The prices are reasonable and I continue to use them because it is so easy to do business with them. They are professional and answer all of your questions and requests.

He was very reasonably priced. He did a superb job. He even referred me to someone who could check beneath the carpets for mold. He helped diagnose problem. It was immaculate!

Nice polite guys. Owner and his assistant. The job took about an hour. Some stains that I could not get out with spot treatment they were able to get out with no problem. Carpet looks great! Carpets dried within the time that was quoted. Next visit I will have them do the couch and chair.

I called and got a prompt response. We were able to schedule the work for two days later. They arrived exactly at the time promised, worked quickly, and did a great job. They are all dry 24 hours later and look very clean. I would recommend.

One month later, I am opting to go with another rug cleaner as my calls have not been returned. A-Plus must not need the business.

My call to Michael was returned promptly, and he was able to come out the next day. On the day of the job, he called to let me know when they were close to my house. Upon arrival, the carpets were cleaned quickly, and I was pleased with the job done. I was particularly impressed by how clean they were able to get one of the rugs that was quite dirty. I will definitely hire them again to clean my carpets.

Two did the work in a very short time, the owner Michael and his helper, Roger, I think. They were a few minutes late and called to let us know. We had some real problem carpets to clean and I was very pleased with the result. I was astonished at the price and we even got your 10% discount. We will certainly use them again. Very pleasant to work with.

Called to say he'd be 10 minutes late and apologized for being late. Did a great job. Moved all the heavy furniture. Offered to clean extra things like throw rugs for no extra charge. Operation was not overly noisy and the Job took only about an hour. Got out stains other carpet cleaners had left.

The guys were early, set up quickly and did a very good job. They were both professional and courteous. I will hire them again the next time I need carpets cleaned.

They left my carpets very wet. They were however, professional and timely and the price was good.

They did a good job. They were on time and stuck by the bid. They were not unrealistic, and they follow up. They are honest and work well.

Good. Took about an hour. My only complaint was the dry time exceeded estimate by several hours.

A-Plus came at the time they had arranged and did a great job with the light colored carpets. They were very considerate and thorough in their work. We will use them again in the future since our house gets more than its share of dirt tracked in by humans and dogs.

I had a positive experience with this company from word-go: I left a message over the weekend and the owner, Mike Bowman, called me back immediately. He gave me an estimate, we set a time, he confirmed the day before, and was here exactly when he said he'd be. He was cheerful, pleasant and accommodating, and he and his worker got the job done in a half an hour. He gave me an original estimate of $100.00 (said it was his minimum)but when he got here, gave me an ''Angie's List discount of 20%. I added that same amount back in as a tip because I so appreciated his attitude and service. The carpet looks great and it was all so easy, I'll be sure to get it cleaned more often! Great job!

These guys do the best job of any carpet cleaning company I've used. Other have charged between $100 & $500 to clean my carpet. A Plus charged $150 but they did the best job by far (way better than the national company & the low priced cheap guy). They use top quality equipment & get the job done fast.

Mike, the owner, was on time. He and his helper did an excellent job and were very pleasant to be around.
