Description of Work: They replaced the deadbolt on my back door, which had broken. While they were there, I also had the, look at the latch on my front door, which had snapped but was semi-usable. I had another company look and said they would have to replace the whole door knob. Ranch lock fixed it with no problem. They are a great company. They show up on time, the price was fair, and the work was great.

Description of Work: I called Rancho Santa Margarita Lock & Safe and spoke to Bob he was very professional and said he would be able to swing by the same day a few hours after my contact. He was right on time and did a great job for me, and I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quality service and professional installation. Description of Work: I was really happy with this service. I called him on a Sunday to see if he could make keys for some file cabinets, and he met me at my home in 1/2 hour! He knew what he was doing and his price was fair. I would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: I recommend RSM Lock and Safe with enthusiasm! Mr. Bob Slama exceeded my expectations in every way, installing dead bolts on two garage doors, one outside door and one inside. He came prepared with all the needed locks, parts and tools. Additionally, he made important recommendations that I hadn't considered such as using a reinforcing support plate on my outside garage door, signifcantly strengthening the area around the dead bolt. Neat, exacting, efficient, thorough and professsional, he's a locksmith I will refer without reservation. His work left me with a great sense of added security.

Description of Work: REPLACED THE DOOR HANDLES, LOCKS AND DEADBOLTS ON 5 DOORS, ALONG WITH 2 KICK PLATES. KEYED ALL OF THE DOORS SO WE ONLY HAVE TO USE ONE KEY.
