Tony's Sons has been the best moving company I have used. They were very accommodating in coming out to do a moving quote since I was going to be out of town one week. They provided a very fair price for doing packing and moving. On move day they packed all items with great care, professionalism, and quickly (Our move was pretty easy in that we had a descent amount of items but nothing too complicated). They made sure not to damage anything moving out of our rental or moving into our new house. Gene, Randy, and Lucky were great and made the moving process seamless. I would recommend hiring Tony's Sons.

The 3 person crew hardly took a stop for breaks and seemed to be working hard and constantly. The only two things I would say that they came in $800 over estimate (probably because it was difficult to determine the amount of hours for this complicated move, and my antique doll's hat came up missing which I cherished very much, but again, it was a complex move. These are the two reason I went with a B on Price and Quality, otherwise they would have gotten all A's.

Bruce came to our house to give us an estimate. He was very professional and thorough. Gave us some good guidance regarding preparation for the move. Movers were punctual and professional. It was one of the hottest days of the summer, but they never complained and maintained a pleasant attitude throughout the move. They were thoroughly prepared and brought an additional truck, which we ended up needing to use. Our driveway was a little difficult to maneuver, but they handled it well. All of our furniture was was moved without a scratch. I was worried about my large curio cabinet, but they packed it extremely well. I would recommend Tony's to any of my friends and would definitely use them again.

I initially had a response from Bruce re- a moving quite then went with a Pod. When I realized I couldn't finish w/o help and sent an email, he called back within an hour and he helped me finish the move. Three workers and a truck arrived the following morning and they worked quickly and efficiently to get my furniture loaded. I was not as prepared as I should have been, couldn't seem to figure out how to manage everything and they were very helpful.

I followed the link on this provider's Angie's List page. It lead me to a corporate site. Based on my zip, I guess I was directed to another Arpin van line. I did not use Tony's and Son's Arpin. Be very careful with the link and make sure it gets you to Tony and Son's not the other Sacramento area Arpin provider. I cannot comment on Tony and Son's.

It went badly from the very first day. Mostly due to mover

It went great. Bruce, one of Tony's sons, gave us the bid. He was friendly and professional. He coordinated everything. There were 3 crews. 1. The packing crew was the initial crew that saved my life. They came in the day before the move and helped me pack all the things I had not been able to get packed...getting us ready for move day. 2. the initial moving crew moved us from our old home to storage. They moved our boxes and furniture into wooden crates, the crates were then placed into storage. When our home was ready for us to move into all they had to do was retrieve our crates and put them on the trucks and unload them at the new house. This means that there was minimal handling of our items. 3. the final crew unloaded into our new home All of the crews were top notch. The men worked very hard and were very professional and polite. The crews are employees, not sub-contractors, that work well as a team. They were very patient and helpful with us trying to decide where to place our furniture. <g>

No complaints, they did a great job.

Bruce came to our home and did a very detailed estimate of our belongings. I was impressed by his attention to detail. His estimate was far lower than others we had received. We did all of our own packing. On moving day, 4 men arrived early in the morning and boy, did they move fast! They provided wardrobe boxes to transport all of our clothing and bedding. The men were very courteous & friendly. They joked and made us laugh throughout the day, which took all of the stress out of the move! They had our entire 4 bed, 3 car garage loaded within 4 hours and unloaded just as quickly. Everything arrived safe and sound, minus one broken table leg (which was repairable). We would definitely use Tony's Sons again and highly recommend their service.

Everything went fine. Her furniture was delivered on time down in Southern California. She had a whole house full of furniture to move. They did a good job. They were very professional.

They were outstanding. They persevered through a difficult situation that was not through there fault. They did a wonderful job and were outstanding to work with.

The team from Tony & Sons was fantastic!! They did an excellent job, professional, efficient, and finished within 7 minutes of estimate time. I have never seen a happier and more pleasant buch of guy doing a really hard job! They took exceptional care of our furniture and belongings. They were a referral from a friend and I would recommend them to anyone local or remote! Very Fair price!!!

Their crew showed up early. They were very courteous and professional. The only time they stopped was when I offered them pizza and soda/water. Nothing was broken and the move went smoothly and quickly. I would use them again if I ever have to move.

The initial meeting with them was good, and that is why I am using them.

I would say that they did a fairly thorough job in assessing what they had to do and then they gave me a quote. That was all. I would recommend them highly because they didn't just rush and look at things. Based on the quote I would consider using them in the future because I am going to get more than one quote.

They were just great. I have used them thrice till now and I will use them again in the future.

The saleman came and estimated the moving charges and reviewed their company's proceedure. The workers were paid by the hour. When moving day came, three men showed up promptly. No supervisor showed and there was little organization. We kept telling them to slow down and think. However, they just kept going in 3 separate directions. They ran out of their extremely worn moving blankets and we loaned them some of ours, which were much better and heavier. Items were not protected properly and patio furniture was loaded on top of boxes and inside furnishings. Unloading was even more disorganized to the point we told them to stop and get organized several times before they did more damage to the house and furnishings. They worked slowly for a bit and then back to the fast and unorganized pace. There was some damage done to almost every item of furniture. Some of the cardboard boxes and file boxes were damaged and crushed.One dresser was badly damaged and the company was to come back and repair it. They called twice: one time for measurements and the other to say they would be here after the hoidays. Five months and we are still waiting. We also found a few roaches on boxes. Since this was a newly built home and there were no roaches in the previous home, we can only assume they were in the moving blankets or moving truck. Fortunately no others appeared. All in all, we were glad for the experience to end as it was not a pleasant one.

Two staff arrived on time and ready to go. After a few minutes of paperwork they were busy strapping the safe onto a dolly and loading it into the truck. After a short drive, I directed them to the location and they quickly placed the safe without damage. The job sent smoothly and I would highly recommend the service.

I THINK THIS COMPANY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. WE COMPARED THIS COMPANY WITH OTHER COMPANIES AND I THINK THIS ONE DID A GOOD JOB. THIS COMPANY WAS PRICED RIGHT.
