Description of Work: I hired them to install 12 new windows and 1 sliding glass door. The challenge was I had two window that were 12 ft by 4 ft. They completed this take in a very efficient manner. There price was competitive with 3 other smaller companies that bid on the job. Perfect!

Description of Work: Northwest Exteriors replaced the windows in the back of my house and installed French doors and a very unique sliding glass door that my dog just loves! I was beyond impressed with this experience. Initially, I was a bit reticent about the price and other reviews that the sales pressure was high. I experienced nothing of the sort. The salesperson was informative, humorous, and did not pressure me at all. The gentleman who came out for additional measurements was equally professional, expedient, and thoughtful to accommodate my over-protective dog. The installation gentlemen were absolutely exceptional. They were punctual, professional, courteous and masterful in their craft. They tolerated incessant (well, maybe not incessant) questions. They made absolutely no mess whatsoever. What completely exceeded my expectations is that the doors (the items I was most anxiously awaiting) could not be installed on the same day as the windows. They had planned to come the next day, however high winds and rain were predicted, which was incompatible with installation. I, of course, was hugely disappointed until Clint came to me and showed me on his phone that the weather for Sunday (just one day after) looked clear and they would come then to finish the job (which they did). I cannot say enough about this company. The price now is utterly insignificant when you consider the workmanship, the warranties and the quality of the product! Northwest continued to follow up to make certain the screen installer fulfilled his commitment and then promptly engaged Anlin manufacturer to fix a small glitch with the sliding glass door. This company knows what customer service is all about. I am not ordinarily this effusive (I actually work in the consumer protection industry), but I have to give credit where it's due: OUTSTANDING WORK BY THIS COMPANY! I would recommend them to anyone seeking window replacement.
