Dave Hernandez and his company were very responsive and scheduled the work quickly working within the short window of time needed to have the job finished. The old wooden deck and broken sidewalk was removed and the new patio that has taken its place is larger as is the walkway to it. The walkway and patio are just what I was looking for and more. When the job was finished, everything was cleaned up and neat with all the old wood and cement hauled off and the driveway swept clean. Thank you Dave and your crew for a great job!

David and his employee did an excellent job with the cement work that had to be done. They did it on budget (exactly what they quoted) and finished in 3 days. I will definitely use them again

Dave did a great job installing an extension to our existing concrete patio and had no problem installing some drains that I sourced myself. Wish communication was better at times but overall very happy with the work and price, would do business with again.

I was completely amazed at how great our new wall looks. We have the best looking front wall in the neighborhood and for a great price. The communication was super, the work was on time, as agreed and looks much better than I had envisioned. Fantastic!!!! Dave Hernandez and his company, New Dawn Construction, did a fantastic job converting our traditional lawn to a drought-friendly lawn. Dave selected beautiful, natural-colored river stones to cover some areas, which contrast perfectly with dark-brown wood chips in other areas. Dave and his employees converted the sprinkler system to a drip system for the remaining plants and palm trees. At the end of the job, Dave even went the extra mile and set our automatic sprinkler system to comply with drought restrictions for us, leaving us a note describing which stations would be active. Dave is a consummate professional, and I highly recommend him.
