The repair person was ahead of schedule, quick and the cost was very reasonable.

He was about 30 minutes late, but called at the appointment time to advise arrival time. He was knowledgable, courteous and professional, and also tightened some of the bolts/nuts in the garage door for stability. He did not have some of the tools he needed (asked to borrow WD-40 and a hammer) but otherwise it was a very smooth repair. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Matt arrived on time, performed maintenance quickly and efficiently. Reinforced bracket which we didnt' even know was loose and gave full explanation of what he was doing. We have used this firm in the past and will continue to do so.

The Door Doctor gave us accurate quotes for all three projects they performed for us, installation was scheduled in advance and the work was performed on time. Their workmanship and professionalism is outstanding and I would use them again for other related projects we might have. The people are very friendly too - which never hurts.

When I initially called the company, the woman on the phone took the time and effort to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate. The price was reasonable, the work was done for the price given and I haven't had a problem since. I will use them again.

He was 35 minutes late for the appointment. But he completed the job well and he charged what was agreed to on the phone, which was a good price for the job.

Left message before they got in. Got a call soon after they got in. Was able to schedule for same day. Got a call they were ahead of schedule so had them come early. Door fixed quickly and it's the happiest the door has been since we moved into the house over 8 years ago now. Even got a quick primer for regular maintenance.

It went well. The serviceman arrived an hour early and performed the service in a professional manner. He also provided some insight into what to expect from a 20-year old garage door.

We needed to replace a very old, original front door on our home. We looked at options for our door size (home built in mid-60's) and there didn't seem to be many options for fiberglass doors as it was not a standard-width doorway. We spent a little more than we wanted to in going for a solid wood door (had to because of these particular measurements), but were very pleased with Door Doctors work. They asked a lot of questions up front in their showroom to help determine which was the best door for us without blowing our budget (which direction did the door face - north, east, south, west, because of sun exposure; what hardware was best suited for our budget, which hardware was overkill, etc.) They repaired where there was some dry rot, installed new frame, door and all hardware. They offer an option to have the door painted or stained for an extra fee, but we opted to do that ourselves to save a buck -- no pressure and no problem. Very happy with the outcome and would use them again.

They will come out whenever I call them. I like that they will let me know when it is time to service the door. We have used them for all kinds of door issues. I like that they are local and I also like that they are a small company, so they know you and you know them.

Our four-unit condominum building hired The Door Doctors to install automatic garage door openers. Justin evaluation our situation, said that our existing doors were just fine (he could have sold us new doors like other companies wanted to do), listened to our concerns and needs, and came up with a solution. The doors are super quiet and work beautifully.The company was reasonably priced, always on time, and followed through on all details. I highly recommend them.

They are yet to do the job, but they seemed to be pretty fair.

From requesting the original service to paying the bill it was a good experience.

The service went well. He made it look like it was as simple as buying ice cream.

I wanted the inside and outside stained two different colors. They were able to match the colors I wanted perfectly. The workmanship on the doors, both the refinishing and installation was superb. Absolutely the highest quality.

Visited their showroom. Small, crowded space, with lots of people coming a going...looks like they have a steady business. Lady #1 gave us some ideas and wrote some ballpark estimates on a form. Estimator came out to measure as scheduled, but did not give anything in writing. I was not home when he came out, but the estimator talked to my husband. However, I had additional questions. About a week later, Lady#2 mailed us two-options for estimates. When I called back with my questions Lady#2 didn't have the answers and referred us back to Lady#1, who wasn't in that day. Everyone was nice enough, but it just wasn't going as smoothly as another company we'd looked into, plus the price was $100-200 more, depending on which option we chose.

The Door Doctor was good, and they were on time. The office personal are really helpful and great with explanations. At one point the door began to stick, and they immediately came out to fix the problem.

My garage door was loud and clearly out of adjustment. The serviceman arrived on time, performed the service in 15 minutes, told me what he did and how often it should be serviced, got paid and left. Best of all, the door is SO MUCH quieter!

Very satisfied. The door works fine now. They also agreed to recheck in a few weeks if the opener appeared to be working ''hard'', indicating the springs needed to be adjusted.

Garage door had problem opening. Repairman identified problem as a broken gear. Company has policy of not working on side mount door openers and refused to repair it. They did offer to replace it with a very expensive new unit which would have caused me clearance problems. I then called West Coast Overhead Door. They inspected and found nothing wrong with the gear, but found a dirty sensor that they repaired by simply cleaning it. Cost was $100.

Justin was so honest and helpful. I have to say I was very impressed!

I was very happy with The Door Doctor. They were on time. The price was fair. Maureen in the office was very easy to work with. The installer did good work, explained what he was doing, and cleaned up thoroughly.

Door Doctor transported and installed a mahogany front door and two 1' by 9' windows on either side of the door. All fittings that were used were brass and came separate from the door. The door and windows had to have a certain amount of flexibility. The doors look great and the people at the Door Doctor were a real pleasure to do business with. The qualities of the products they sell as well as the service are outstanding.

WE USED THE DOOR DOCTOR and THEY WERE REALLY WONDERFUL. THEY REMOVED OUR OLD DOOR, and ALL THE HARDWARE and RAILS, and INSTALLED OUR WONDERFUL NEW ROLL-UP GARAGE DOOR IN JUST A FEW HOURS. IT REALLY HAS MADE A DIFFERENCE IN THE STREET APPEARANCE OF OUR HOME.
