Description of Work: A Good replacement window company to work with. They had competitive prices, were very friendly, and were punctual. The only minor concern I had was with some existing dryrot. They filled it with alot of flexible caulking rather than rebuilding the damage or filling with something more substantial.

Description of Work: Received three estimates for the job. This company came in at the lowest, by a noticeable margin. I worried that this may result in low quality work, since the windows themselves are factory made. As is turned out, there were some glitches in scheduling, and one of the windows had been ordered in the wrong size, which meant that the install was delayed by 10 days or so. However, the crew and staff were all professional about these issues, which diffused some of the aggravation I felt at the delay. Clearly, it was a human error, we all make them, and I'm sure it ended up costing them both time and labor. Now that the windows are in, I am satisfied with the work and will certainly use them again.

Description of Work: Tina Riley came and did the original estimate for seven new vinyl windows for our home in Midtown Terrace. She was friendly and professional and offered us the best price (we got SEVEN estimates, so I feel confident we got the best price possible!). John, the owner, was flexible with us in scheduling the actual date of the installation. The two man crew came right on time as scheduled, and worked diligently all day. I was comfortable leaving them in the house without supervision. By the time I got home, they were cleaning up and left the house tidy and in order. We are pleased with the entire experience and definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.
