Handyman Connection of Pasadena

Fernando came to my house to patch up some holes in the exterior, fix a broken rain gutter and fix an exhaust fan on the roof. He completed them professionally, quickly and to my satisfaction. I am planning to use his services on additional tasks.

I previously had a Wind Turbine repair project with Handyman Connection of Pasadena, and Renaldo came out to work on it. Although I was already given a quote, Renaldo suggested to look at the items that need to be repaired on for a better assessment of the cost. He was very specific and explained to me the necessary repairs and so he made a revised estimate based on the repairs he is going to do. It was favorable on me, because I didn't need to replace the original turbine, because they are still good and it just needs to be cleaned and grease up a bit. I would say Renaldo knows his craft and I have a full confidence in him. He is a very nice guy and he is very approachable in a way that I can freely ask him questions and he gives me an honest and reasonable answers. I emailed Handyman Connection over the weekend requesting an estimate appointment, got a call Monday morning. John came out the same day to give an estimate and then started work right away, so the whole experience from phone call to completion only took about 4 hours! All of my projects seemed like they would be pretty straightforward, but a couple of them turned out to be trickier than expected because of weird stuff the previous homeowner did, but John figured out ways to make everything work. I would definitely call Handyman Connection again.

I love Handyman Connection because all their handymen are really professional with real experience in the field you need. I have hired plumbers, electricians and door hangers - you name it! They come out and give you an estimate and they do the work the same day. It saves the trouble of calling different companies. I do not need to call an electrician and a plumber, you know? I just call Handyman Connection. I have never been dissatisfied with their work. Look for coupons, too, in the paper for extra $ off! The new chandelier looks really great! It only took about an hour and and the electrician they sent was neat and tidy.

The insulation and drywall had been started by another person, and we needed it to be completed. The work was finished in a timely manner, the worker was considerate, and the price was fair. However, I don't feel that he did a really good drywall job. Many parts were left looking unfinished, with lots of tape showing at intersections, and he did not adjust the newly installed electrical outlets (we had to re-do this ourselves). Also, we were not aware that he would do NO clean up; we didn't think to ask if this was included in the price. The room was left a huge mess, with drywall dust everywhere.

The person that was going to do the work, called me and said that he could come over now. I called my work, took the rest of the day off, and waited for him. He showed up 30 minutes late and then said, I will go get the sink from Home Depot and be right back. I told him that sounded great. Well, then he called me 2 hours later and said that they did not have the sink and it needed to be ordered, so he would not be able to do the work, that day. I did not believe him, so I went down to Home Depot myself, and they did have the sink in stock. I called the main guy and told him what happen and he acted like, he did not care. So I told him, not to do the work at all and I would find someone else. The price that they were going to charge me was $500, but I never paid them. I was glad about that, because they did nothing, but waste my time.

Worker was fast, professional, patient, helpful and kind.

A supervisor came first to check things out and give us cost and time estimates. These both proved to be accurate. We were given a general list of the materials needed when we let them know that we accepted their bid. We had to call back for more information when we got to the hardware store and couldnt answer the questions of the clerk helping us. We purchased 95% of the materials needed, the workman picked up the rest and we reimbursed him. He arrived every day on time and worked until he had to stop (to let grout dry). He cleaned up each day, leaving the rest of the bathroom usable. He completed the job in three days as expected and we paid him the estimated cost. The supervisor came back at the end and checked out the work. We were very satisfied with this company.

They responded to my request for service very quickly. They were even prompt on the service call. They did very good work, and even made recommendations for me to get the best out of the ceiling fans.

THE OVERALL REPAIR EXPERIENCE WAS VERY POSITIVE. THE HANDYMAN WAS PROFESSIONAL, HARDWORKING, COURTEOUS, AND PROMPT. THE QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT.

OVERALL IT WAS GOOD. THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED AND HE SEEMED TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE WAS PROMPT. IT TOOK JUST ONE PERSON. I WOULD CALL HIM BACK AGAIN.

THE HANDYMAN PROVIDED ME WITH A QUOTE FOR ALL THE JOBS. I HAD THE OPTION OF HAVING HIM COME BACK, OR COMPLETE THE WORK NOW. I HAD HIM STAY AND DO IT RIGHT AWAY. HE FINISHED THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY WORKED QUITE FAST AND DID NOT MAKE A MESS ALL OVER THE BATHROOM. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY ALSO HAD EVERYTHING NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE JOB. GOOD WORKERS.

THIS GENTLEMAN DID A VERY GOOD JOB IN CHOPPING THE WEEDS I HAD IN MY YARD. HE CLEARED OUT THE SIDE OF MY YARD. I WAS SO HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT HE DID, THAT HE NOW COMES OUT EVERY TWO WEEKS TO CUT MY LAWN, TRIM MY BUSHES, AND MAINTAIN MY FLOWER BEDS.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, COURTEOUS, AND VERY REASONABLE IN THEIR PRICE. OVERALL, IT WAS VERY GOOD. IT WAS A MAJOR REPAIR OF A WALL THAT HAD BEEN DAMAGED, AND THAT WAS EXCELLENT.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK, NICE, AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE NON-INVASIVE. THE FINISHED PRODUCT WAS EXCELLENT. THEY FIXED ALL OF THE IMPERFECTIONS IN THE WALL AND IT LOOKS PREFECT.

THEYRE JUST OVERPRICED, THATS ALL I CAN SAY. EVERYTHING ELSE IS GOOD. THEY ARE GROSSLY OVERPRICED. HE PUT IT TOGETHER THE RIGHT WAY AND WHERE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE, SO THAT WAS GOOD.

I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN ANY TIME. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS VERY GOOD. THE MEN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FRIENDLY. HE DID HIS JOB. HE WAS HERE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE.

THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. THE MAN KNEW HOW TO DO HIS JOB. THE PRICE WAS FAIR FOR THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. WHEN I CALLED, THEY TOOK THE INFORMATION PROFESSIONALLY, AND SAID THAT SOMEONE ELSE WOULD CALL BACK WITH THE NAME AND TIME. THE COORDINATION WAS GOOD AS WELL AS THE FOLLOW UP.

THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND THOROUGH. WE WERE GIVEN AN ESTIMATE AND THEY STUCK WITH IT. THEY CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY AND DID AN ASSESSMENT WHEN THE WORK WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY. THEN THEY AGREED TO FIX IT AT THEIR EXPENSE.
