Description of Work: first day cancelled-his truck broke. 2nd day 3 hours late-no call. Arrived spent 15 minutes measuring our kitchen to make sure he did not do over his 300 sq ft. Spent 45 minutes doing the work..sloppy, rushed and not a visual difference in our grout. He then rushed off and forgot some equipment. We called and left them a message. No response. We left another message telling them we'd leave it on the porch. They never cam back. I wrote a letter to them about the poor quality of service (twice)-no response.

Description of Work: I had called to get a quote on just one bedroom of a new house I just moved into but the company said they had a minimum service of $75 which would be more than the just 1 bedroom. I ended up getting 3 bedrooms and the stairs all cleaned. The guys came set up and finished the job in about an hour. Afterward, the carpets looked great and the whole place smelled fresh. They also cleaned up all of the materials and water after the job. They were professional and I would definitely consider hiring them again in the future.

Description of Work: Had to write one more review about these fine gentlemen. I just had Superior here again to polish some marble, clean some tile and grout and a couple area rugs for me. Not only did they do a great job as usual they discounted the job by 10% because of me writing a good review for them. Thanks so much Eddie, your a doll. Definitely use this company fellow Angie Listers, you'll never call anyone else. Trust me.

Description of Work: I have been using this company for over a year. They have cleaned my carpets, my upholstery, air ducts etc. They have always done an exceptional job. Last month me and my husband came home to find our house completely flooded due to a water line that broke behind the wall. We called this company and they were at our house within an hour,they literally handled everything for us. I was very satisfied and I'm not usually an easy person to impress. If you want prompt professional service this is the company.
