He charged me $599 for two sliding screens (one totally changed the other he only did re screening) . The project normal rate would have been between $120 to & $165. Despite he was not licensed he changed 3- 4 times market price. Work quality was average. I would not hire him again for such rate.

Mitch arrived on time and gave us a fair estimate for the repair of drywall damage. the next day he came with Raj? and unloaded supplies and Raj went to work. worked quick and clean!!!! would recommend and hire them again.

I found Mitch to have many years of experience. Repair Drywall and re-paint, did very good job. Very satisfied with work, did work in AM and completed quickly.

I found Mitch here on Home Advisor and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. We had a room with water damage, and hired Mitch for repairs: he put insulation and drywall all around the bottom 2 feet of the room and painted the entire room, including the trim and details so it would all look perfect. Mitch was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He was punctual and told us what to expect at each step. The room looks great and Mitch was wonderful to work with! He even gave us advice about future projects we want to undertake. I would hire Mitch again.

A professional experience from start to finish. Was able to have the service performed that same week. The job was completed quickly, left every thing as clean as when it was started.

I hired Mitch to replace the plaster ceiling in my living room with drywall; there were many cracks and one piece in particular was about to fall off! Luckily Mitch was available on short notice and was able to complete the job in about a week. It wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for! His quote was all inclusive (demolition, materials, ceiling replacement, painting (including moldings), and clean up. The new ceiling looks a million times better, a job really well down. Great communication all the way through; very easy to work with. I will most likely hire him to replace the ceilings in the bedroom and dining room.

Mitch is impressive. He's reliable, communicative and performs at a high quality. We hired him for some bathroom ceiling repair. We've gone ahead and hired him for additional work. He's a gem.

Mitch is a nice guy, did a fine job of providing me with two screen doors, but a very poor job with six window screens. He put the pull tabs on the short sides of the screens (top or bottom) instead of the sides, with no springs to hold them in place and the long edges flapping in the breeze. One screen even fell out onto the street below and was ruined. Another had to be "shimmed" (using a scrap of wood from his truck) just to stay in place with no effort to keep the shim from falling out whenever the screen is removed. When I complained to him about these things and told him if he didn't correct these issues, I'd be forced to write this review, he responded that he was on vacation and would "come over" when he got back in two weeks. He didn't come over, he still hasn't even called to talk about my concerns and I had to move the tabs and install springs myself to keep other screens from falling out. I still have to replace the one that was damaged. The lack of follow-up from Mitch suggests that if you hire him there's no guarantee you'll get the 5 star instead of the 2 star service.

We were very impressed with Mitch always being on time and also with his constant communication. We were kept informed of each step of the process. The wall in our family room that he replaced looks great, would definately hire Mitch again.

Mitch was great and professional. Our custom door & window screens were made and installed within a week. Price is fair. I would certainly recommend to my family and friends.

Mitch was on time for every meeting. His sheetrock repairman was friendly, entertained my questions and worked very neatly; making sure everything was protected. I think he left things cleaner than he found them! The work is very high quality; ready for priming and painting. The price was very fair, and he communicated and followed up like a real pro.

Mitch Franco was on time and clear about when he would be back to finish. Cleaned up. He was explicit in describing what he would do and was open to negotiation.

I sent him multiple clear and exact pictures of the job. When he got to my apt, he claimed that he thought the job took less work when i sent him the detailed pictures. He the raised me $125 on top off my original quote. Brought him down to $90 on top of my original quote. Had no choice but to take raised quote because we were on a time crunch. It was not professional to change the quote on me with non acceptable reasoning. Would not recommend, will change price on you!
