This company is really thorough. We had the non toxic extermination done 2 years ago and had them come out for the annual inspection. They are very informative, knowledgeable, considerate, and professional. I would definitely recommend!!

I've had No-Nonsense do 4 properties in the last 2 months with 1 more to go in the next 2 weeks. The overall experience was outstanding on all 4 properties, from the initial inspection, the discussion of what was found, through the completion of the work. The work on the 4 properties was completed in the times estimated with no surprises. The technicians were polite and answered some questions I had while they were in the process of doing the treatments.

We were very happy with the work done. We felt a thorough Inspection was done by Christopher. He is knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all questions. Our problem was subterranean and dry-wood termites. We chose spray treatment and an additional treatment, no tenting was done. Work was performed by Jesus. You can't get any better than that, right? Jesus worked steadily throughout the day. We could hear him working, he was not taking a nap in the crawlspace. We have confidence that the right treatment was applied and the application was done properly.. We were happy with the price, I'd absolutely recommend this company.

Christopher was easy to work with. I followed him around as he did the inspection and asked several questions which he answered readily. He carefully explained my options for treatment and we set the date for the work to start. The worker, I think his name was David, worked thoroughly and we are happy with the results. After receiving high-priced quotes from other company's "inspectors" (more like high pressure snake oil salesmen), I set up an appointment with No-Nonsense Termite. Cesar, the General Manager, came out to my property, did a thorough inspection and quoted me a fair price to eradicate both Drywood and Subterranean termites. The job was scheduled very quickly, and just three days later, Dave showed up to do the work. Dave was very professional and answered all my questions, explaining everything he was about to do. He didn’t rush through the job and really seemed to take pride in making sure everything was done right. It's only been a week, so too soon to tell how effective the treatment was, but sure seemed like they knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend.

Very well, saw possible activity 6 months later and the response was exellent. Came within a week and took care of it. Would and have recomended to friends who were also very pleased.

Cesar explained all my options for various treatments and gave me his professionally opinion. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work itself went smoothly. The company worker was professional and answered all my questions. He explained what he was doing and checking off each work item with me.

We had noticed evidence of what we believed was termite damage, so we needed an inspection. It was not surprising that termites were present. I first spoke with Ingrid who was very friendly and said that she had an inspector in my area so she would reach out to him. Within an hour, Caesar called me to ask if he could come by that day. It seemed that he did a thorough job of checking both inside, outside, the attic and garage. When he was finished, he showed me a diagram of the areas that showed termite presence. He discussed treatment options and we agreed on work to be done. We scheduled the job for the following week. Dave came out to the house and worked for around 4 hours. The treatment involved spraying foam in the attic and injections at specific spots around the house; a trench around the house was dug as well. He also drilled into the concrete on our patio to treat the subterranean termite issue. The drill holes were filled and repaired. He cleaned everything up when he finished, assured me that I could call at any time if there was a question or problem, and they would come back to take care of it. A few days later, we did notice evidence of insect activity so I called to report it. Caesar called me back the next day and scheduled a time to come back to correct the issue. This is the only circumstance, in regards to communication, that causes me to give a B grade in a couple of categories. No one showed up for the follow-up appointment even though I had called that morning to confirm and to request a phone call when the tech was on the way as I was away from my home on that day. When I called to find out what happened, Samantha was very apologetic (BTW, everyone that I spoke with at No-Nonsense was extremely courteous. I appreciate that!), rescheduled me for the next morning and offered an additional small service for my inconvenience. The next morning, the technician was here at the scheduled time, did an inspection, and reapplied product in the affected areas (again, sorry that I did not catch his name, he also was quite courteous). Hope this takes care of the problem.

Alex did excellent job to inspect and provided consultation after I called them due to the termites found in dinning room ceiling. He inspected whole house and provided treatment plan, explained the procedure in detail, also provided fair price quo. 2 days late, 2 tech came to completed the job. I am happy about their job and highly recommend their services.

They were very professional. They explained the termite extermination process and answered our questions. The job was completed in the estimated time. The wood repair by Joseph was excellent. He replaced the wood on our balcony and in other areas of the house. We will definitely use them again.

Just before the coverage to my one year contract was about to expire, I called to make an appointment for another complete inspection, and this time the technician was Lonny. He was as thorough as Alex, he went through the whole house inside and out, top and bottom. I decided to opt for the 'Extended Coverage', knowing I'm going to be living in my home for many more years, and this would give me extra peace of mind. I highly recommend No-Nonsense Termite to those searching for a reliable company. My experience with this company, has been exceptionally great...they have technicians out in the field, who are skilled and knowledgeable, also the employee's in the office, have been very courteous and helpful, each time I've called. I wish all other service companies were as pleasant to work with as No-Nonsense has been. My thanks goes to all of them for their wonderful customer service.

They were absolutely wonderful. They were timely and came when they said they would. They were polite and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They were thoughtful and really took time to hear my concerns which I appreciated. The two gentlemen that I worked with were Alex and Roman, they did a great job. Ingrid, who answered the telephone, was more professional than many that I called for estimates.

They did an excellent job in the initial visit with checking for termites and gave me several options to consider. It was a very thorough inspection and did the job a week after the inspection.
