Exceptionally great service. The company responded quickly and referred me to their gas fireplace expert. He asked for a couple pictures via phone, then called me and helped me diagnose the problem and get the pilot light re-lit over the phone. No charge. These are honest and awesome people who I would recommend for any service. I'll have work done in a couple months on the drier vents and I plan to just call them; no competition.

Dan was fabulous! He Facetimed me and walked me through how to clean my fireplace and how to put it back together all free of charge. My fireplace now looks and works great. He did this all on his own personal time outside of business hours. I can't tell you how much I appreciate him taking her personal time to help me. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

Everything went well from start to finish. Lucky Sully's computer system told me when Brian would arrive and I was impressed that they even had a picture of him so I would know what he looked like. He was efficient, fast and kept the area clean. He is very nice and explains everything. I have used this contractor before and I have good service every time. I will continue to use them.

Got everything cleaned out as expected along with some unexpected items in the flue (rocks, dead birds). Protected the inside with tarps and vacuumed everything up. Recommended and I had a chimney cap installed. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and within budget.

the work itself went fine. Took a little bit to get an appointment and the guy showed up during the appointment window time. But I have to say, they had the technician show up in a 'costume' of sorts with the tall black chim chimney hat. It was kind of ridiculous and it took about 10 minutes of conversation about the job before I realized he actually knew what he was doing I would suggest this company drop the "funny" caricature thing because it distracts from the fact that they really do know what they are doing and they do a great job. It was just weird and a bit creepy how gimmicky the initial interaction was.

Pleasant on the phone. Upfront with cost. Very professional. They took my information, worked around my schedule. They sent an email and text confirmation along with the technician's name (Brian). Brian texted me that he's on his way. Came in on time. Very nice and pleasant. Did everything quickly and neatly. He even played some classical music on our piano for me and my 3 month old. Excellent; and from what I've been able to ascertain, their prices were competitive. Based on excellent service, fair prices and generally good reviews, I suggest you need not shop any further. I highly recommend this company, as well as the technician, Brian, who was efficient, courteous, neat, and professional. (An aside - if you have a piano, ask Brian to play a few minutes for you - he is quite good.) Interestingly, the chimney was swept from the top, up on the roof. Also, although I had expected at least some small amount of soot to get into the house, absolutely none did. Oh, a comment on costs. The initial chimney sweep and inspection was $139.00, as indicated below. The repair work came to $550.00.
Description of Work: The initial appointment was to have the chimney swept, and an inspection of the interior of the chimney completed. After the technician, Brian, had swept the chimney, he inspected its interior using a camera. He was able to show us numerous places where the mortar in between the fire bricks had cracked and fallen away. There were places where you could see thorough to the exterior brick work - a clear fire hazard. He also showed us pictures that documented the need for mortar repair at the top of the chimney up on the roof, and a new chimney cap. He gave us an estimate for completion of the necessary repairs. He was prepared to complete the necessary repairs that day, but my wife and I needed to schedule a subsequent appointment. On that subsequent visit, he completed the necessary repairs and installed the new chimney cap.

You can't go wrong with this company, great people who do a great job. A+!
Description of Work: Work we needed was a live critter being removed from the chimney, plus chimney sweeping and installation of a cap to prevent debris and other critters from getting in. Lucky Sully was responsive via email on Angie's List, and able to give us a general price over email. They arranged a time to come to our home, showed up on time, and were professional, nice, cleaned up perfectly, and we spent less than we expected. We are going to have them come back and repair damage to our chimney that we thought would cost thousands to repair - their quote was $800!
