Description of Work: Swept out and cleaned all the air ducts in my condo. The technician was punctual and thorough in his work. The only minor hiccup was that the tech was unaware that I'd paid for his company's service through Angieslist and asked who would be responsible for the bill and where should he send it to. This only caused a minor delay in the process while he called his supervisor to confirm that the bill had indeed already been paid through Angieslist.

Description of Work: Action Duct did a good job on cleaning our dryer vent. The reason I didn't give them "A's" is because: |--they didn't clean the lint off of the roof. |--they left lint on the plants (maybe using a tarp to cover the plants would have been a good solution) |--they left a little debris in the driveway. |I am not saying they were bad. They just were not excellent or A+. But, still good and the technician was very nice.

Description of Work: They did a great job cleaning the overhead vents as requested and took a few additional minutes to address some questions on the return and some other unused ductwork in our rather cobbled together HVAC system. They kept their work clean and ensured that they did not affect any of the other renovation work that was being done at the time.

+ -1 moreI have an electric dryer that vents up to the roof, which I have never had before - I've always had dryers that vent out at street level. Vent was so clogged my dryer stopped working and I had to have a part replaced, which I had done before calling Action Dudt. Provider cleaned out the vent, told me I needed to install a rain cap, which I have done, and suggested a refrigerator brush to keep vent clean at dryer level.
Description of Work: Cleaned out my dryer vent which had not been done since I moved here 7 years ago.

If you are looking for a true duct cleaning company that gives you a price over the phone and sticks to it and doesnt add on extra costs that other duct cleaning companies have done to me in the past.
