Description of Work: Not sure that the value was there for what we paid. They looked at the door and sprayed some silicone or other lubricant on the door wheels. We had a clicking noise that we wanted to have them look at and they said the door opener needed to be replaced. That was fine, but we specifically asked for details as to what they were proposing to install instead and the 1-yr, 5-yr, and 10-yr warranties they were trying to push on us. I was not satisfied that I knew what they were going to put in, whether it was a quality product, what was covered by the warranty, or if they will even be around to make good on the warranty if I need service down the road. Their bill had several DBAs listed as they have changed their name often -- which I took as a bad sign.

Description of Work: Well, I purchased the tune up and the guy, who we did like very much, performed it and then up-sold us a bigger adjustment, which included changing the rollers. Honestly, based on the time and parts it took to do the extra $200 in work it felt like the price was pretty high... but I haven't shopped, so you should. |
