I contacted Eli's Installations to arrange for a shower & counter replacement. Problems started almost from the beginning of the install. He'd show up late, call and have excuses why he couldn't make it at all that day, etc. The install took two weeks and almost immediately cracks began to form in the grout. They were numerous and they were large, the biggest measuring 26 inches!! In addi-tion, the water would never drain completely from the shower floor and has to be squeegeed off after every shower to avoid slip hazard. He has sent various emails giving dates he might do the repair, but no follow up, no phone calls - nothing. He has lied to me, been rude to my wife, and in general has been a major disappointment to work with. Only use Eli's Installations if you want to waste your money, get major frustrated, and end up with really poor workmanship. Thumbs down to this guy!
