Description of Work: They came out and cleared a drain.

Description of Work: We had a diverter that wasn't working properly on a recently new tub and shower set. The manufacturer had sent us a new one to replace it. Toto's just fixed the first one in half the time he had predicted. Our BA sink had some odd undersink configuration which was made from that plastic flex pipe. Toto explained that the pipe couldn't be changed with out lots of fiddling that would end up causing more damage to the cabinet and the wall behind. Our kitchen sink faucet had been repaired by us several times and was dripping again, so we bought a new one and had it there for Toto's to install. His guy did that, but the sprayer wouldn't fit in the previously drilled hole on the right side of the faucet. So, I went and bought the right sized bit and his guy drilled a hole on the left and installed the sprayer there. Works great.

Description of Work: I called Raul, the owner, about a plugged toilet at about 5:45. He was here and had it fixed by 6:15! He was very nice and professional. He had quoted me $150 on the phone, but when he found out that I found him through Angie's list, he dropped the price to $100. I will be calling him with any future plumbing problems.

Description of Work: I called Toto's Plumbing on Friday, October 12th to repair my dishwasher overflow valve which was spewing water all over my countertops and floors. Raul answered the call promptly and promised to come to my house that evening. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule to Friday, October 14th due to a conflict. No problem for Raul. He arrived promptly as scheduled, took his shoes off at the door and proceeded to diagnose the issue. He found the problem and promised to return the next day to fix it. He arrived promptly the following day and replaced a bent hose, as well as the faulty valve within an hour, explaining clearly what he was doing. While he was waiting to test the dishwasher to be sure it was fixed, I asked him if he would kindly hook up my new refrigerator to the water line which the delivery technicians failed to do that day. This was extra work which I had not told Raul about previously. He kindly made the connection while we waited, with no complaints and no extra charge. I am very pleased with the work of Toto's Plumbing and like the fact that they are located less than one mile from my home. I will definitely place them on my list of good vendors for future use. Highly recommended! To Angie's List: I just noticed I put this review in the wrong section. I would be nice to have a cut and paste feature to move it!

Description of Work: Water from the dishwasher was backing up into a bedroom toilet. After a lengthy investigation the problem was located and taken care of. Raul Hernandez of ToTo's Plumbing was very respectful of our home. He removed his dirty shoes when inside the house and was very careful in general. However, there were two minor problems. When he realized that the project was going to be more involved than he originally thought , he modified his price, as one would expect. But upon completion of the work, he asked for an even higher price . Fortunately, he eventually settled for the original amount of $400.00. Secondly, after he left, and i made a closer examination of the toilet, I found that the replacement of the bolts on both sides of the toilet were smeared with an excessive and unsightly amount of glue or paste. But overall he did a very good job.

Description of Work: Drain repair, sewer all pipes under house and add new copper pipe.
