Raul is a helpful, honest guy who knows his plumbing and does quality work. We just moved into a house, and there were several problems. First, we needed to move a gas line and install a washer and dryer in our laundry area, and install a new venting pipe through our crawl space to the outside of the house. They did a magnificent job, fitting the appliances snugly in a super tight space. He also fixed our sump pump - the float had broken off and the pump was old, so he replaced it. He charged very little for the work, and he gave me the invoice so I could pay for the pump - no markup! He also investigated our seeping water problem in our laundry room. He took a video camera and snaked it through our underground drainage system - which checked out OK (our house is on a hill). He brought over a contractor to analyze the foundation, and they are giving me an estimate for fixing the seal on the foundation. Apparently, when an earlier owner added onto our house, they didn't replace the vapor barrier on the old part of the foundation, and now water is getting into the seam. They explained this to me, how I can test it to make sure that is the issue. He also fixed our problematic whirlpool bathtub. Whoever installed it didn't know what they were doing. Raul lifted the tub, moved the handles and water source to an accessible area, replaced the drain, and spread mortar under the tub. He also had a tile guy come in and replace the tile that they had to displace lifting up the tub. We had a few minor issues with the tub, and he came back a few days later and fixed those. He even tightened our sink faucet, which was impossible to tighten with ordinary mortal tools. He had this super wrench that he used and cynched it up in 5 minutes for no charge. He was also a nice guy, had a helpful attitude, and even played with our dog. I would definitely recommend Raul - his estimate was fair, it wasn't super low, but I could tell by the way he explained how he would fix the problems that he knew what he was doing and would do it right. He is an honest, hardworking plumber. The work took him 3 days, and he and his assistant worked hard.

We made the call around 4 pm on a Sunday (day after New Years) Toto Plumbing showed up on time and completed the work very quickly. What impressed us very much was the care the plumber showed to our home. After he cleared the clogged toilet, he carefully wrapped the plumbing device he used so as not to soil our floors - a small thing but a very thoughtful and an important detail. The plumber treated us very well and had a warm and friendly personality. He clearly knew what he was doing - so I would highly recommend him.

Raul and his team were great - friendly, professional and did a good job of cleaning up afterward. Prices seemed quite reasonable. Quality of job is high. Raul was especially helpful in making suggestions on how to deal with my house's 1941-vintage plumbing in a way that would not break the bank. The next time I need plumbing assistance, I'll call Toto's.

Called several companies. Toto's and one other offered a complete picture of the job, rather than just 'fix the leak.' The other one was 2x as expensive, took 3 weeks to create a formal estimate--by which time Toto's was underway. With trenchless piping, it took them just a bit over a day. They cleaned up after themselves well. The entire crew was polite and pleasant. It's hard to tell right away with plumbing if it was done really well. Not much to see. The cement patch blends in perfectly and now I have access to the cleanout.

The work was done well. I felt safe with the knowledge and experience of the guys. They worked hard, were fair and knew what they were doing. Raul was very fair with us on pricing as we often changed our minds, adding and deleting items from our list, but he always worked with us, updated the quotes, and even added a few lines for my drip system outside for free. Definitely not the hard sell routine. There were only two things that were a bit annoying. One was that, although he was very prompt to show up the first day, our project took a bit longer than we were hoping as he often had his team working on other projects. I think his popularity here has made him very busy. The other was that they cut into an electrical line, which, given the amount of work they were doing was not a big deal, but they didn't mention it. Our contractor saw it and once we brought it up to them, Raul was very good about it and offered to pay for an electrician to clean it up. Overall I would definitely use Raul again. The other guy that I got a quote from was not nearly in the same ballpark.

Mr. Hern?ndez was extremely courteous and professional from my very first contact with him via phone. He arrived within 2 hours that same day (as promised) to provide an estimate. In person, he concisely explained the causes of my plumbing problems and the necessary repairs, and answered all of my questions. The proposed repairs were to start the very next day and be completed in 2-3 days. Moreover, I appreciate how he offered me a substantial discount for being a member of Angie's List. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the repair work for legitimate reasons, but Mr. Hern?ndez was very gracious and understanding. I will definitely hire him in the future when it becomes logistically possible to complete the repairs.

Raul came promptly at his appointment time and finished in minutes. He is very professional and explains what is going on clearly. He does not waste time getting to work. I would not hesitate to refer him or to use him again. He is very glad to get Angie's List members as customers.

Raul was able to come on very short notice, repaired the shower and kitchen sink, after he picked up the parts he needed. He was reluctant to deal with the older toilet at first, thinking I should replace it, but after I explained it was in my studio, and I didn't want to spend a lot of money, he found where it was leaking, and ordered the part that was needed. He came back a few days later with the needed part and the problem was fixed. He was very nice, and personable, and professional.

They went above and beyond. They stayed out there until they knew they had as much as they could. They showed me the film and I was very confident that what they were telling me was accurate. They worked very hard to get the job done. The price was really reasonable.

Toto was subcontractor under a handyman I called when I had a water leak from old galvanized pipes. It was an emergency. Toto's did the plumbing and the dry walling and painting was done by handyman. Good job overall. I would use Toto's again.

i found him on angie's list. i wasn't getting hot water any more and my homeowner warranty didn't cover my water heater. he was one of the first to call me back, and stopped by promptly. he was very forthcoming with information though i had a long list of detailed questions, and asked for options as i was on a very tight buget. i ended up opting for replacing the water heater altogether with one that was 10 gallons larger.he basically came with a couple of men and finished that job the very next day. it turned out the space was super tight for the 50 gallon tank, and the job ended up taking hours longer, but he didn't show any sign of annoyance which i appreciated. i was still in the process of moving into my house, and had tons of junk & furniture all around, but they were very careful and left the scene completely undisturbed. i happened to have other minor issues around the house, and he was very generous sparing his time and expert opinion apart from the job that i had paid him to do. he went ahead and took care of the permitting and the fee of more than a hundred dollars as well. when the inspector came by and pointed out need for additional work, he took those on (again without showing his frustration to me.) in all, i think he came by like 4 times when only 2 was planned,the final time to just accompany this contractor he had referred to me, to make sure he would facilitate our introduction. i really appreciated that he didn't charge me or give me a hard time and still, remained very attentive to any additional questions i had. i definitely will call him for as long as i live in the area, for all my plumbing and appliance repair needs.

Raul was great, fit into our schedule. Came and worked when no one was home.

I called him and he said he would be right over. He said he would charge $100 to snake and video my drain. When he showed up he said it would be an extra $100 to video the drain but then said he would do it for free(I might have misunderstood him). He was unable to complete the work because of the distance from my clean out to the street.

He repaired a leak on a very old pedestal sink, not an easy job, but did it very well, and charged less than I expected.
