Our kitchen remodeling project was the first project that we did with Sunshine builders and we were honestly worried due to stories that we heard from other people that hired contractors for their house! We met and interviewed at least 5 home improvement companies before we decided to hire Sunshine builders & at the end of the work, we can say that we were not disappointed. Everyone at Sunshine builders was very professional & responsive at his own trade (including the personal at the office that took care of all the paperwork and orders of materials). The designer worked closely with us and with Eli (our project manager), helping us to make and take the right decision. Eli, made himself available for us when we called or met him at the house each day. The work was completed in a fairly timely manner and within our budget. During the work we had several issues which all of them were addressed right away. We definitely love our new kitchen & we highly recommend Sunshine builders.

We hired Sunshine builders to do complete remodeling of our master suite. The remodeling started from the design aspect all the way to execute it. Guy and his skilled crew put a lot of attention on making the best possible results for this project which made us very happy and pleased from it. The construction was the easy part after we focused on the design that was made by the office designer which included everything we wanted to get and Guy took this design and brought it to life. Guy and his entire crew were very patient with us while guiding us each and every step of the work. We are excited with our remodeling and we do love each part of the work they did at our house.

We appreciate the perfect work that Sunshine builders has done for our house recently. The quality and perfection work is outstanding, passed our expectations and they were also a truly pleasure to have around our house. They always came to the house in the morning and left at the evening after making sure that all the working areas are clean and secure. Eran who was the manager of the project, provided us with a lot of ideas, solutions, opinions and recommendations that were very useful and helpful during the work. Eran also made sure that our budget will remain the same no matter what small modifications they did due to problems or issues that raises during the work. Their budget estimates are always right on target. Sunshine builders has done quite a bit of work on both the interior and exterior of our house which includes new painting, new kitchen, new master bathroom, insulation and the few other items.

We hired Yehuda at Sunshine builders 3 months ago to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms at our recently purchased house. Our main challenge was to split 1 large bathroom into 2 smaller ones (1 for each of our kids). Yehuda and his crew did a wonderful job in designing and execute the remodeling with a lot of pride and attention mainly to all the small details. During the work, we had a constant communication tunnel with Yehuda which made this remodeling project to a perfect outcome of results. We surely recommend all of them to anyone who is thinking to start and hiring anyone for any type of remodeling and we will hire them again for any additional remodeling we may have in the future.

We recently purchased this house that was a fixer and not in a livable condition. We hired Sunshine builders to do a complete remodeling of the house and to bring him to a livable stage and now that the work is completed, we can write that we could not be happier with the high quality of the work that they did for us. The original house was 3400 square feet and 2 levels. Sunshine builders expanded the property to 5500 square feet by expanding the front and the back of the house. Each detail of the house was rebuilt including the electricity, HVAC, communications and lighting configuration in the house. Everything they did was done in a very high quality and the “new” house got a brand new look and feel that will serve us for many years.

Hired sunshine builders to perform a complete kitchen remodeling and bathroom upgrade including the removal of the old bathtub and to install new shower instead. All the people that worked at my house, were on time while Yosi made sure to stay on the agreed budget. They did a very professional job. I would hire again for any additional remodeling projects that I will have in the future.

Gil was a pleasure person to work with. He had so many perfect ideas that were all related to our project and he was very skilled about the style and layout that we were trying to do (kitchen and master bathroom). Gil and his crew were always on-time and they worked full days, took very seriously all the cleaning part and made sure to leave each day with a secured kitchen and bathroom areas. The job that they did was completed promised by Gil. More than that, he went above and beyond by helping us to pick the paint colors and styles. We are very pleased with how the remodeling came out and we would highly recommend this company.

AMAZING! We know that words alone will not describe Yosi astonishing vision, creativity and ability. Sunshine builders by far surpassed our high anticipations in the work that they did at our house. Yosi team was also brilliant, polite, hard-working, neat and on-time. It was our pleasure to hire them for our house and to work with them! We write this here with truly honesty! Initially we contracted Sunshine builders to design and renew our garden around the pool and back yard area. We were very fascinated with how they worked and did things so we decided to have them do more things and to add a fire pit, Kitchen outdoor and to design a tropical garden in the front of the house and to install a waterfall & pond in the front of the house. Their design was unique, creative and beautiful!! Sunshine builders remodeled our master bathroom. Their crew were polite, pleasant and on time. During the demolition part, we found a problem with the sewer pipe due to old age of it. One of the workers who was working on the shower tiles, investigated the problem and tried to fix it but when he couldn’t fix it, he called Gil (the supervisor) and Gil sent out his plumber to look at it and fix it the following morning. The sewer problem was fixed and it was not occurred due to any wrong doing of Sunshine builders’ crew just old pipe that was never been cleaned. The designer of the company was able to provide us with several options of design and style from an angle that we didn’t know how we could do. They had very good communications habits and they were always able to answer all of our questions and even if they needed to check first before answering. We do recommend them to anyone who is interesting in having a remodeling project for their house. The experience was a very good despite of the mess and noise associated with a remodel.

Sunshine builders is great company! Their team is professional, skilled and easygoing to work with! We hired them to remodel our kitchen and could not more pleased! They definitely beat our beliefs from the consultation meeting through the completion of the kitchen. This was the first time that we hired a remodeling company. The workers and sub-contractors were very professionals and they were very helpful as I was working from home full time. Mike went with us to several vendors and helped us with choosing counter-tops, back-splash, sink, flooring, hardware etc. His help was very important to narrow down the many options we had while focusing on the budget and not passing it. Mike also helped us with some design suggestions He was an absolute pleasure to work with and was helpful with answering questions. Overall we got excellent service and the final work speaks for itself! We now have a gorgeous modern kitchen and couldn’t be happier! It has been a pleasure working with them!

Sunshine construction did delivered our remodeling project as agreed and in high standards. Our involvement with them was very positive from the moment we met with Roi all the way to the end of it. During the entire remodeling project, we had not even 1 problem with any of the people that was involved at our house and everything went smoothly and with a lot of communication and daily reports. Everything that they did for us (New kitchen, new master bathroom and master bedroom) was performed per our contract and even more. However, our interaction with Roi was very good, honest and trust, which was built during the work and it created a great relationship that brought this remodeling to a success.

We had Sunshine builders redo our entire kitchen and master bathroom. All the crew including Lior (our project manager) were wonderful. Our kitchen was demolished and rebuild completely. Lior made sure that his vision of the new kitchen will include all the things that we wanted and that will remain within our budget. The master bathroom on the other hand got equipped with a jet shower system and it was gutted and remodeled in 1.5 weeks. Lior was very perfectionist and he made sure that everything will be done without any mistake or problem. We are highly recommend him and his team. They are skilled, honest and great people to hire. Our main tip is that once anyone will use Sunshine builders they will never want to hire any other construction company!

We had our kitchen remodeled by the team at Sunshine builders and was managed by Eric. Our work included the removal of the existing countertops, sink, faucet, garbage disposal, backsplash and the cabinets. After that was done and finished, Eric installed the new cabinets, countertop, floor, new paint, new outlets and switches, a new pullout faucet and new 1HP garbage disposal. The working team arrived to our house on time, worked immediately and they didn’t leave until the daily tasks were accomplished. The whole kitchen was finished in 6 weeks. Eric and the crew made sure to place a protective tarps on the floors, the working are was vacuumed at the end of each day and all the trash was removed from the house. Eric was always available to answer our questions. He also visited the house daily in order to guide us with any decisions that we needed to make during the work. His team did an awesome job by remodeling our kitchen. And the office staff made sure the all the billing papers and documentation will be in proper order for us. We highly recommend Sunshine builders and we do look forward to work with them again on our next project.

Sunshine builders planned and designed our outdoor living space and executed it after we approved all the changed and modifications so it will fit exactly to what we wanted to have. At first, we honestly didn’t think that we can get all what we wanted under our budget because it was just too many things in one project. The project that we wanted to do, included a 2 levels patio with space for full BBQ with dining area, sink, refrigerator, counter top and a large stone fire pit with seating area. More than that, we added some plantings spots by building a plats pots, a new grass area, LED solar lighting fixtures, a new driveway and more things. We’ve met and interviewed many contractors and home improvement companies and landscapers over the last few months and none of them was able to compete to Eric’s experience, quality and promise to ensure their work with our expectations. Each one of them had something that caused us to move to the next one in our list and when we met with Eric, we felt that this is the right person for us and for our project. He was very respectful, hardworking and neat. We are proud that we selected this company from all the rest and because of our great experience, we highly recommend Sunshine builders and Eric including all the office staff that was involved in our house project.

Sunshine builders have been a great home improvement company! We recently hired them for our home improvement project at our house while during the remodeling, we decided to also remodel the garage by adding LED lighting, paint the floor with special paint, add drywall, insulation and paint all around. Eric was very professional by managing his people and he was not pushy by in way with us. They all came to the house on a daily basis and they worked full days in which Eric managed and check the daily tasks and he made sure that everything is going according to the plans that were approved by us before the work started. He was friendly, Skilled and honest while he made sure that I’ve always satisfied with the quality of each part of the work. Eric’s management allowed the team to meet all the dead lines of each part from the work which caused the entire project to finish on time as well. We never had any problem with anyone from the people that worked at the house and Eric communicate with us on a daily basis informing us about each step of the work and progress. Our satisfaction from the remodeling of our bathrooms and master bedroom caused us to add additional project to the existing one and give Eric the option of improving our garage.

I am very pleased with the work that was performed by Eric and his team. A friend recommended me to hire Sunshine builders for my house remodeling after he heard about the problem I’m currently having with the contractor that I just hired for my house in which caused me several problems at the beginning of the remodeling. After I called their office, Eric called me and came over to my house the next day, checked and reviewed the work that was done and what still need to be completed while focusing on several problems that were caused by the previous one. Few days later, he came back once again and presented to me his complete and fairly priced estimate on the entire work that still needed to be done in order to finish it. After our lawyer took care of the other contractor, I went ahead and hired Eric to step in and finish the work. Eric started to work few days after and his team came over to the house and started the work. Eric came over the house each day to supervise the workers and to make sure that everything is going according to the plan while oversee the workers. He even did some of the work himself and the work was performed in a professional way, quick, polite and professional. I am very happy with the entire remodeling job of my kitchen, bathroom, entry, dining room and bathrooms and I strongly recommend them.

I’m not sure where to begin - Sunshine builders has designed and built my house kitchen and I could not be more pleased! Eric and his crews are very skilled, polite, experienced and honest people. My kitchen remodeling project had a several challenging tasks and I was very cautious to meet and talk to many contractors that I thought can do the job mainly because we the money that we allocated for this work, have been saved for few years and we wanted to be sure that it will be well spend. Sunshine builders quote was very reasonable and their experience and honesty were the main reason why I hired them for that. During the work, I always felt that Eric do care about my opinion and my concerns. Eric made sure to keep this project under the original budget and mainly on top of schedule. From the first time that we met with Netanel all the way to the day of the final inspection, our involvement with him, Sunshine builders staff and his working crew including the sub-contractors was very good and without any problem what’s or ever. Netanel was available for us to answer all of our questions and his appearance at our house during the work was a huge plus because we saw him and walk and talk to us about the progress and he helped us taking and making important decisions during the remodeling upgrading of our master bathroom and bedroom. Netanel took full responsibility for any issue that we found out after the work was completed and he fixed them without any hesitation. We valued and respected his skills! It was his personality and humor that not only differentiated him from the other contractors that we met before him, but it revealed our trust at him and that we can hire him and trust him without project. Sunshine builders remodeled our kitchen and their customer service included their professional servicers were amazing. The professional work started with our initial meeting after few phone calls about what we want and it ended when the work was completed and they sent a crew to clean up the entire kitchen and to help us arrange all the stuff after the installation. From start to finish, they provided us with many suggestions and ideas from the materials all the way to the type of appliances that will fit to our remodeling. The design part of the work included many suggestions of how and what to do and they were all perfect ones. Mike who supervised the work, was able to manage all his workers and several subcontractors including all the orders and delivering of all the relevant materials. In addition to that, he was our main contact person in regards to anything related to the work. Our new kitchen looks amazing and this review present our happiness and satisfaction with Sunshine remodeling, Mike and all the people that were involved with our remodeling.

Sunshine builders designed and remodeled my bathroom from start to finish. The bathroom project started with several meetings that we had before the actual work and Roi at Sunshine builders was our main person that we dealt and worked with. The work started on the agreed day and it was completed few days after the due date that was set by Roi. The most important part besides all the rest was that Roi made sure to keep the final price exactly on the agreed budget! The new bathroom is much nicer and functional than what we had imagined. We surely valued the honesty, customer service and hardworking skills that we got from Sunshine builders (mainly from Roi). From day 1, Roi listening to our ideas, vision and his expert assistances to the overall remodeling. We highly recommend Sunshine builders and we plan on hire them again for our house.

We were so happy with the new kitchen remodeling project that was completely done by Eric, the subcontractors and the team at Sunshine builders. We hired Sunshine builders for our master bathroom remodeling after they were referred to us by a good friend who hired them recently and they were very happy with the work that they did at their house. So we trusted their recommendation. Our bathroom needed to be upgraded and we wanted to replace the old shower with a new one that will be covered with nice tiles and stones. Our experience with Sunshine builders (mainly Roi and Rachel from the main office) was very good and we were very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They were very good correspondents, organized and trust wordy. The new bathroom is very well done and we already got many compliments from our guests who saw the new bathroom. We will definitely hire them again for any other remodeling project we might do in the future and we also recommend them to our friends and family.

I had a very good experience working with Sunshine builders. I worked with a Lio who was my project manager and he was very resourceful and skilled person. When I met with him, he brought several samples of similar projects that he did recently and he shared with me many ideas that could fit to my remodeling while he was very focused to what I wanted. During the second and third meeting that we had, he went over with me on all the details of the work and even brought a digital design of how the new kitchen will look like after the remodeling! The final kitchen remodeling was exactly like the design he had designed. The cost of it was fair and good and I never got the feeling that he is trying to add more money to the work or by making any short cuts. They had very skilled working crew as well and they were able to complete the kitchen remodeling in a very fairly time!

We researched for a contractor that will be able to design and remodel our master bathroom. As part of our research, we came across Sunshine builders and we met with Eric the project manager. Eric checked the master bathroom and set with us to see what we would like to get, type of style etc... Few days after, we met with him once again and he brought to us a detailed estimate for the remodeling work. Eric is very skilled in his profession and he was very resource in his answers and ideas while providing us with a realistic estimate that met our budget and included the items that we wanted to have. This and his skills were the main reasons why we hired him right away. The working crew was very honest and hardworking people, respectful and picky. The project was completed on the time frame that was set by Eric and the final price didn’t pass the budget, 4 weeks after the work was completed, we called Eric again in order to remodel two additional bathrooms at the house. Eric was always available for us when it came to billings, questions, issues or concerns! This main features…. made it a better remodeling than we could get from any other contractor.
