Adar Builders were wonderful to work with. They remodeled 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, installed hardwood floors and smooth stucco the entire exterior of the home. They finished the project on time, 3 months. They were always available to talk with and very malleable with last minute design changes. I would recommend them to anyone.

Amit is exceptionally talented and his company is a full one stop shop. Amit has exquisite taste and can descramble my many multiple thoughts into visual designs that are always appealing. I am always surprised and grateful at how quickly he grasps what Iâ m trying to describe and provides visual examples of similar completed projects. I love that I can receive a 3D design sketch before the work is performed and that Amit is there during every step of the project. He can help you shop for any products needed and has always provided great recommendations. The service and team are extremely professional, efficient and reliable, the work is of the highest quality, and services have always been completed on schedule. Highly recommend Adar Builders!

Adar family Andy their crew did a fantastic job on remodeling and restoring our home after a gas explosion happened months ago, Amit had worked with us on the designs as promised, they all helped us to coordinate the addresses and promised timelines, price was fair especially for the final result we had received! My husband and myself are very pleased with the workmanship quality, managing quality of Adar builders! This was our first remodel project my husband and I ever were involved in and we weren't sure what to expect. We had several estimates and, although the pricing was all about the same, we knew we wanted to go with Adar Builders once we met Amit. He answered our questions, didn't patronize or make us feel dumb. When it was time to start creating what we wanted, he listened and nurtured the process with kindness. Once the work got started, his team of people were all very polite and considerate (wore masks all the time) and were hard workers. Amit was responsive to us via text and phone during the process if there were questions or issues that came up. We are so happy with the finished product - it turned out to be exactly what we wanted. We will definitely go to Adar for any future projects.

We called Adar Builders after having a difficult and frustrating experience with another company. Adar came in to finish work the other company was unable to complete, and to fix errors the other company made. Our experience with Adar was night and day! Amit was very patient and sympathetic to our situation. He took the time to assess the situation, provide options and price ranges, and delivered an amazing finish. His team was professional, clean and respectful. They provided renderings of the job in a timely manner, set reasonable timelines, and delivered a great product beyond our expectations. The final product mirrored exactly what was promised in the renderings. After our bad experience, it was difficult to trust another contractor to deliver as promised. First off, I'm so enjoying my new bathroom that I can only give Amit and Adar Builders a 5-Star review. From the overall beauty of my new spa-like bathroom to the little things like getting a perfect warmth from my shower for the first time in 10 years, the team at Adar Builders made my dream bathroom a reality. This complete remodel was done during the Covid-19 pandemic summer of 2020, and it was very smooth. Any minor delays in the original plan were out of our hands, but I am completely satisfied with the final result. I chose Adar builders, after receiving 6 other similarly competitive bids price-wise, because of Amit's personality and the personal connection we established. His design ideas were welcomed and the project looks better than we planned. Everyone that came through my condo during the project was polite, respectful to my neighbors, and their work beautiful.

They were there each day and worked diligently to finish on the timeline. They welcomed my responses to different phases of the project!.......I am happy with my "new" bathroom!

as a woman, I appreciate how respectful Amit was when providing me with an estimate, going over the contract, and discussing the end results. Although I knew nothing about roofing, he did not make me feel dumb regardless of how many questions I had or explanations I required. He was thorough and transparent. We recently completed a full remodel of our master bathroom and a refresh of our kitchen backsplash with Adar Builders. They went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. From the start of our design process through construction and follow-up, Adar demonstrated their professionalism, expertise, customer service, and true passion for their business. It is clear that their true purpose is to ensure their clientâ s complete satisfaction, and each and every individual the entire staff and crew put in the time, effort, and energy to ensure that they accomplish this goal. Adar Builders has excellent project management, ensuring a successful project. They very clearly outlined expectations for budget and timeline, and worked with us to adjust and fine-tune both as needed. Ultimately, our project was completed on budget and on time (give or take a few additional days for final touch ups). The weekly meetings during construction are very organized and efficient, including agendas sent in advance to ensure alignment on open topics/issues. If any questions or issues arise, Amit goes above and beyond to ensure they are addressed immediately, even coming by our house after hours to ensure that our sleeping children would not be accidentally awoken by an unexpected noise. Such a minor issue was treated with a very impressive sense of urgency. Not only are we extremely pleased with the final result of our bathroom and kitchen, but we are also excited to have found a reputable, respectable, trustworthy company to partner with again in the future. The team at Adar quickly becomes more than a construction partner; they become trusted friends who you know have your best interests at heart.

Working with ADAR Builders was such a pleasure. They are a family owned business and made me feel like part of the family. They completed a detailed prospectus of every step of the project. and stuck to it. The owners were onsite multiple times a day during the completion and responded immediately to any questions I had. The work team showed up on time and were very neat and clean. The project involved removing 700 square feet of pavers and leveling a sloped area to install a large swim spa. They didn't break or crack a single paver, they installed drains underneath because I live on a hillside. So they not only did what I asked but they foresaw a flooding problem in the future and corrected for it. After the leveling, they replaced each paver perfectly. They brought in a team of experts for each step of this project and in the end they brought in a swim spa specialist to teach me how to operate the swim spa which was beyond anything I hired them for. I can't say enough about their workmanship, their commitment and their honesty. I would hire them again for any contractor project I need.

These guys are by far the best contractors out there. My husband and I worked with them a few times and were very satisfied with the results each time. Our first job was custom railing design and installation, and when we saw how beautifully they work we brought them back for a custom deck building. Our latest project with them was custom pool building and landscaping and we couldn t be happier. Their workmanship and talent are beyond anything I came across. If you are looking for professionals that deliver good work these guys are for you.
