It is a little crowded but that is normal when you just walk into some place. The schedule is busy.

They provide everything that you may need to have done as far as MRI's and such test, it is all conveniently located in the one building. The office staff is friendly and warm. They have a very good website and I've used it for prescription refills and it's worked out fine for me.

I recently moved to the Bay Area and hadn't had a physical exam for several years. After researching Palo Alto Medical Foundation online and reading reviews on Angie's List I decided to give them a call. Everyone I met, the receptionists, nurse, doctor, and lab technician, was friendly and helpful. But I am most impressed by their professionalism and expertise; everyone was experienced at their jobs and I knew I was in capable hands. Furthermore, even with the new-patient paperwork, a tetanus shot, and a blood test, my appointment only lasted 1 hour.

I was told by one of my doctors that all the gynecologists there are salaried no matter how many patients they see, it is that bad. They are the busiest there. The doctor said he is going to take a sabbatical for a year and he said this is going to be my last operation.

Everything went well. They are very fast and efficient, especially when it comes to blood work.

He was reasonably accessible and willing to communicate with me via email.

The doctor there was awful. The facility and everything was fine. It was just the doctor who was very bad. He did nothing and pretty much told me that my condition was all in my head. It cost me $475 and wouldn’t even refill my prescription that I needed. He ordered the wrong blood test. I got nothing out of that. It was sort of a long wait. The parking was fine. The availability was good.

Everybody is prompt. She is extremely knowledgeable. The resources of the group get better every day. We can finally do things online and check things online. We can get lab tests. It's a much better experience than it was a couple of years ago.

The few times he was not able to treat my condition, he referred me to others who did all within the Camino Medical Group.

Dr.Wong is a very good doctor. She takes time to talk to her patients. She is very knowledgeable. I am satisfied with her.

We've been with him for many years. I don't always do what he says and he knows I'm not going to, but we get along. It is not always that easy to get to him. He is not intimidating. We communicate quite well. He tells me what to do and I tell him where to go. His treatments have been very effective from my wife’s experiences. The billing and administration needs help.

All experiences are outstanding. Most doctors are very punctual (sometime there have been emergency delays - but very reasonable). I have many experiences (unfortunately) with PAMF and the clinic here and I highly recommend it.
