It went really well, but was also pretty expensive.

She is fabulous. She is a great doctor and she listens. She always gives good advice and good information. She always follows up your test results. She sends me on line advice and emails. She gives me an update also and options. She gives a lot of information which is great. She is the best.

He is very great and professional. And am very happy with him.

I have ongoing contact with them because I have an ongoing medical condition.

I have been taking them here for about 16 years. She is very friendly and thorough. She is a very smart doctor and up to date on the latest medical practices. She is great at explaining things so you can understand without dumbing it down. She has a very nice office staff and scheduling is pretty typical.

Judy Huang is a FANTASTIC doctor. She is intelligent, thorough, and she does the right things to get you well. In my case, I had a partially collapsed lung, and my other doctor insisted I need surgery to remove it. I went to Judy Huang and she actually wanted to find the REASON this was happening to me. In my case, it ended up being an extreme allergy to black mold, which was causing my immune system to go haywire. The treatment has been a very long course of medications. I wasn't pleased about that and fought Judy on it for a long time. She was open to my trying other natural methods that I had read about, as long as she didn't think they were otherwise compromising my health. But her treatments are based on current research and her extensive knowledge, so in the end, they were the best. I'm so glad I went to Dr. Huang!

Some are better than others. Our experience is better with the family physicians than specialists.

My husband goes to him every 3-6 months. He is an excellent doctor. He communicates and responds quickly. He is very proactive in his approach. Everybody's friendly, supportive and helpful. He's easy to get in to. He's available. Bedside manner is great. I haven't had any problems regarding billing and administration.

Dr. John Smucny with Palo Alto Medical Foundation is very gentle, very kind, very soft-spoken and very thorough. He's willing to spend the time with you, it doesn't come across that he's only got 15 or 20 minutes to spend with you because I think that he actually spends up spending a lot more so you never feel rushed when you're in there talking with him or seeing him for whatever your needs are. I would recommend him very easily and I have. I have recommended him to two sets of friends. The only reason why I had to leave off going to him is because his employer's medical policy change, he had to go with Kaiser as opposed to independent physician. The other still goes and is very happy with his care. There are days when you call and you would like to have an appointment for that day but he's completely booked but usually, the following day you could get in. We very much like Palo Alto Medical Foundation, they've got all the testing, x-ray, everything in-house, you don't have to run around a bunch of different places and I like that very much. You can communicate with your doctor even via email and he's very prompt in getting back to you. We're very happy there.

I've been going to him for years. He really listens to me, he has a good bedside manner, and he stays up to date on the latest information. In addition, it's relatively easy getting an appointment, but there is sometimes a 15-minute wait when I show up for an appointment. His office seems to be improving on this issue however. Furthermore, he accepts assignment as part of his billing practices which I like.

Surgery went very well, and was successful. Dr. King is not always easy to get an appointment with. As far as bedside manner goes, he's not warm fuzzy, but he communicates issues well and is not unkind. In a surgeon, who one wants to do a good job when one is out anyway, bedside manner isn't so important. Communication is. I am satisfied with Dr. King's work. This is the second knee surgery he has done on me, and both had positive outcomes.

i went the next day, and the doctor was about on time to see me. the nurse was very friendly and helpful to help me answer questions about my health history, and the doctor was very friendly and checked everything just to make sure, even prompt me to take x-ray just to ease my mind because i was very worried, but she did not give any prescription because the injury was already started healing on its own. the best part is that i was able to communicate with the doctor after the office visit with emails, and she was very helpful and responsive answering my questions and concerns within 1-2 days, such that i did not feel the need to come back, and my injury healed properly.

The office is easy to locate and has it's own parking garage, although the two levels are small. The office itself is very clean and modern looking. I believe that it's actually a relatively new location. The staff at check-in were very friendly and quick to greet upon entering. In terms of calling, first thing in the morning it can be difficult to get through, and may take a couple calls. Dr. Serrato herself puts you at easy with her calm, friendly demeanor. She explains what is needed, and ensures she takes the time to answer any and all questions. The appointment time does not feel rushed as can be the case in other doctor's offices. I like that she is not completely serious through the interaction, injecting much appreciated doses of humor. Procedures she performs are done with great care, minimizing any pain or discomfort. I am glad to know that I will be in her capable hands throughout the pregnancy.

He's just a good guy. He doesn't get up on a pedestal and he's easy to work with. If I can't get in right away when he says your schedule works on the other; I've never gotten melt-off. Everything that I've dealt with him was taken care of. He walks and passes by me just to make sure that somebody is taking care of my business. I've been going to him for years now.

Excellent, on first exam he heard a heart murmur. He is very good at following up with phone calls or emails.

They were great. It is easy to get an appointment. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. You don't sit in the waiting room for an hour but only for five minutes.

Dr. Marks is very informative, great bedside manner. She confirmed the problem right away and recommended surgery and told me what to do for palliative care in the mean time. She insisted that surgery was the only cure. The good news is my symptoms resolved with the palliative care recommendations. We did wait a bit for our appointment but I believe the wait was under 15 minutes. The billing and overall rating is more a reflection of cost and failure to follow through. I was initially charged about $500 for the consultation and another $350 for "Surgery". I questioned the bill because no surgery was performed. She spent under a minute to visually confirm one lesion was visible and the other was not. The problems are external so no equipment was needed. The person at the billing department was very nice and assured me she would look into the issue and call back. She never called back but several weeks later I received an amended bill for $636 for consultation plus $358 for "Diagnostic Anoscopy". The entire encounter took under 30 minutes. $1000 for less than 30 minutes, no examination other than a visual glance, and no alteration of the problem seems excessively high. Although Insurance covers a good portion of the bill I've not had any other specialist charge this much nor performed such a brief "examination". Update: The "Diagnostic Anoscopy" was never performed. Dr. Marks never responded to my email informing her she had charged for a procedure that was not performed. It took 7 months of disputing the charge with PAMF and finally I sent the complaint to my insurance Anthem/Blue Cross which immediately removed the charge. Upon review of my medical record I found Dr. Marks had notes on her "findings" based on the "Diagnostic Anoscopy" she claims to have performed. I believe her "findings" "parroted" the results of an MRI and another Doctor's notes. However, unbeknownst to Dr. Marks, the previous doctor's notes were erroneous and subsequently refuted by 3 other physicians. There were also comments Dr. Marks sent to PAMF (incorrectly) stating that my appointment lasted longer than 30 minutes. There were multiple errors in my record e.g. incorrectly stating I had allergies to certain foods. I recommend everyone periodically review their medical record for accuracy. I recommend others monitor their bill and document their actual appointment time to watch for over charges.

I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

I am very happy with the service I received and will return there for future medical needs and questions.

Dr Duncan was great! Took a good history and background. Quite personable. Provided a thorough exam, communicated very clearly. Spent about 30 minutes with me, for general checkup / physical exam. Efficient use of his time and mine. Didn't feel rushed, but I'm glad I came prepared with my notes. Definitely recommend.

I have been using them for the past 25 years. My primary care physician is personable and a good doctor. The building is relatively new everything is state of the art.

He was my primary doctor for about 8 years and was great. He was really interested in his patients, would sit down and talk with me and give me the time I needed. The office staff was always very prompt and excellent all around. They always got me right in. The office was fairly new and was very well done. It was a nice, quiet office.
