Arrived on time, and it took them some effort to get to all windows in my 2-story home, but each and every one was sparkling when finished, even pointed out a window where a seal was beginning to go, appreciated that kind of attention.

The workers were wonderful; however, I noticed that the granite surrounding my kitchen sink was cracked after the workers left. It was apparent that pressure was placed in this area while the adjacent windows were cleaned. When I reported this to the owner, he stated that workers are encouraged to admit when they damage something. Nothing further was done to assist me or to investigate further. I am now left with an expensive repair to my granite counter top. Not happy. Because of this, I will not use this contractor again, nor will I recommend him to others. I am a realtor who refers many contractors to clients and colleagues. Not this time!

I have bookshelves under the windows with thing on it, and no one told me I needed to move them. They took it off and piled it in a chair and left it there. Then, they said they couldn't open the shutters on a window because they couldn't move the table. I'm finding streaks and spots. They just didn't do a very good job. It was sloppy and it took them an hour.

They did an excellent job. I think we counted 12 windows.

The team of two arrived on time. One worked the inside, the other outside. Some of the windows did not come clean with the regular washing, so they used a special cream on those windows for an extra $2 per window. The windows looked invisible when they finished.

Great job! Bob & Will arrived on time and went above and beyond cleaning out the gutters. When we bought the house 3 months ago we knew it was going to need some work and I was certain the gutters have never been cleaned. Yep, I was right. They were full of mold chunks (Yes, chunks) and mud. Living so close to the beach, our awnings and gutters are a breeding ground for mold. It was a messy job. Thanks guys for doing such a great job! I particularly appreciate that they cleaned up after themselves. My neighbor was equally grateful that they cleaned off their patio as well. Oh, I almost forgot to mention, Will is fearless! When he was cleaning out the gutters on the top floor, he came across a HUGE wasp nest. He didn't think twice about getting rid of it. Great job! Great can do attitude!

Cleaned 36 windows...craftsman style..tough to do with many small panes.

Found the service to be quick and good quality. The contractor was polite and tidy. Thought that the $99 special that they offered through Angie's list was a good deal. However, their normal service price seems expensive. I wish a bit more time had been spent on cleaning the tracks, which were still a bit dirty. Also, I was told that cleaning the mildew around the interior window frame in this hard to reach place where the windows meet was not part of the service. The contractor recommended that I squirt bleach between the panes of glass, but that would mess up my newly washed windows! I'll try this trick next time BEFORE they come out.

Very professional, careful and thorough

It went good. I had them go to a tenant's house. The tenant called and told me that they did a great job. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal price. The tenant seemed very pleased and they keep their house really clean. It took me a little while to actually get something set up. When you book online it lets you send a message. I had to follow up with a phone call.

Window Genie has come out to my home twice. Both times I was extremely pleased with their work. The windows and screens were cleaned and actually sparkled!! The were polite and cared about doing a good job, which I appreciate. My plan is to have them come out at least once a year, maybe twice! The only complaint I had on this visit was that they arrived over an hour late, and the second person was about an hour and a half late. The apologized for being late and went right to work. The owner, Anthony Bernardi, showed up on time to give us a proposal to clean our very neglected windows and screens. The work was performed 1 week later by a crew of 3 very polite and courteous young men. No harm was done to the inside property or outside plants.

After miscommunication on initial appointment arrived at appointed time and got right to work scrubbed and power sprayed all the gutters and made sure all downspouts were free and clear of any potential blockages. Did a great job of making sure all areas around gutters were also clean of any residual debris.

2 guys came to do the work, 1 inside, 1 out, so service went very quick. Did a very nice job of giving me sparkling windows and dust free screens!

Did a great job removing the artificial "snow" that was sprayed on the windows for Christmas.

Two men showed up exactly on time. I liked their personal demeanor, they called ahead and their professionalism over the phone. When I called the owner, Anthony Bernardi, here's what he said to me, "Well if you ordered this December 10th, how come you're so late in calling me? You should have called me earlier." I did not like the way he spoke to me and I did not like that question. I felt that it put me on the defensive. I was not sure if they were a new company and needed time to get their act together. He explained that they were three years old and the conversation became less charged. The two individuals were stellar. They worked incredibly fast. They explained beforehand that the deal covered up to 21 windows and I only had 14. Much to my amazement, they counted my sliding glass window as one. They did leave the bottom 1/4 of one of the windows undone. They worked so fast that they probably looked over it, but I would still give them an A- for thoroughness. However, I would definitely use them again.

The 2 guys that came to clean the driveway & windows worked well as a team and worked hard to get the job done well. The windows never looked better. They missed cleaning the runners but did a great job on all the windows including the screens.

The two gentlemen were extremely fast and efficient and did a great job in cleaning my windows and screens. My windows are now clear and streak-free. I hesitated to have the work done, since this is the first time I've ever hired someone to clean my windows. I've always done it myself prior to this, and especially the upstairs windows were extremely difficult to do myself. The made short work of it and did a great job to boot. Thanks Window Genie!

As Anthony and team were so nice, I dislike even leaving this review but find it necessary. Our back patio was power washed and then they returned later in the day to seal it. I can honestly say that it looks no different than before they began except for one area that was evidently not done correctly. There are steps leading up to our Jacuzzi adorned with buill-nose bricks. All the grout (and I am not sure that it is actually called grout when used with brick) turned "blotchy" white from the original color, dark brownish? When I called Anthony to explain this he did not offer to come look at it however he did explain that "perhaps water got inside and was sealed in". What's wrong with this picture? They were the ones using the water and doing the sealing? So, if water got in, was it not his water and his responsibility. He didn't seem to think so and asked me to let him know when I was able to resolve it? The end result is that aside from taking all that money and throwing it out the window, we now have to pay somebody to remove the seal and our backyard looks 100% the same as it did before they arrived, with the grout looking ruined.

Sean and Bob arrived right on time. They cleaned all the screens and windows in the house without any problems. Everything looks great! We found them to be very professional and courteous and respectful. They were also very kind to our dogs and were not afraid to be around them. We were very pleased with our outcome and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone who might need them. Thanks to Angie's List for leading us to them.

I signed up for one of the Angie's list deals. After I got an email from the provider saying they will contact me soon, I never heard anything back again. I reached out to them twice but still nothing. So I had to deal with all the effort to get my money back. Unfortunately this was the first time I used a deal over Angie's list and it didn't work at all for me. The provider is also not professional at all. If they place an add on Angie's list they should have at least enough capacity to call somebody and schedule a service deal.
