Window Genie

The windows were washed satisfactorily. Unfortunately, an inexpensive $10 glass candle holder was broken by their representative (Bobby). He was very apologetic, clearly an accident. He wrote "Please send refund check of $10 per broken candle stick" on my invoice. I called the company 4 weeks later when no check was received. I spoke with Anthony, who was rude and condescending stating that Bobby "misspoke" and refused to honor the refund request. I am thankful that my Waterford picture frame (placed next to the candle holder) was not the item that was broken.

The service was great. They did a wonderful job. They were thorough and they got my windows clean. They cleaned quite a bit of windows. The service took about 4 or 5 hours. We purchased the deal from Angie's List. It was a good price. They showed up when they said they would. They were very professional.

I contacted them once and we couldn't agree on a date, next time I contacted them I didn't receive a call back. Is it possible to get a refund? I used another company for the services.

Have not showed up or contacted me. Its been over two months since I requested the service.

very well except for the scheduling part. we did however work it out.

I never heard from Window Genie to schedule an appointment so work has not been done although my credit card has been charged this month. I ordered work on Feb. 23rd. Please be certain the credit card charge has been removed from my account. I will check next months statement.

It was cheap, dirt cheap. Two people completed the work. It took probably two hours. The best part was that they cleaned some very dirty windows. They were professional, stand up people. They did a lot of work for $100.

We haven't finished out the windows part but they did some other work for us and they are great. We will take care of the other piece of it, candidly, after one more storm comes through. I am sure they will do a good job, frankly, at least based on what they have done so far. They are nice people, frankly. The job was done within a week to 10 days after we talked to them. We talked to them several times about either the gutters or the windows. They did it efficiently and are nice people; they are good to work with and we are looking forward to getting the rest of it done. I think their pricing is good. I was not comparison shopping on this thing. I accepted what they said looked good and it probably is good. I think they are competitive. Everything they have done has been just excellent.

Everything went great and I feel it was an excellent value for the price. Two young men arrived on time and ready to work. They explained the process to me and got started straight-away. Within two hours, they managed to clean years of grime off our windows and everything looks fantastic. I will definitely be calling them again!

They did great and brushed clean all my screens (40) and washed interior and exterior windows of my entire home. They left no mess and had all equipment on a nice little truck!

Excellent work, was on time and very happy with their work.

Keep in mind that if your not a paid member, don't bother to buy any deals you pay up front....there are lots of other places one can find great help. YELP is mine now.

No complaints. Crew arrived as scheduled and work was done ina timely manner and was very thorough, including cleaning tracks and screens.

They didn?t realized that I just wanted my bottom windows washed. They started washing all of the windows and I said, ?Woah, woah, woah, I just wanted the bottoms washed. They said, ?that?s okay, no problem!? They did not charge me extra for the ones they washed or anything. Really nice guys! In fact, they even got there early. They just do an ?A+? job!

Looked much better after service, and was responsive to issues as they arose. Tried hard to please.

They missed their appointment, so I requested a refund. The guy was nice, but no work was performed.
