I was pleased with the work. Have used them in the past and have always had good experiences.

The two men who came were outstanding. They arrived on time, were very courteous, explained everything to us and worked diligently to get the job done. Everything was left very clean, also. They were here for 2 1/2 hours. I would definitely call them again and highly recommend them. A pleasure to have in my home. The charge of $75 an hour for two men was amazing!

I was led to believe by the owner that they would get everything done. When they left, only half of the work was done.

Kieth got back to me right away and we discussed price to install retro-fit units in the existing cans. It was in line with other bids, lower than most, and his schedule allowed for the work to be done the same week. After giving the job some thought, Kieth got back to me and suggested replacing the cans as well, feeling it would be a better option. It added about $300, but his cost was still very reasonable compared to the other companies. I appreciated that Kieth wanted to do the job the right way, not the easy way. His crew were prompt and very professional, cleaning up as they went along. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in a reasonably price professional job.

Purchased house in Eagle Rock and needed a bunch of electrical work done. Mr. Johnson came by and spent 45 minutes giving us free advice, and recommending that we not do a few things that we had considered that would have been costly and, in his view, not necessary (he would have made more money by simply saying OK). For the remaining work, he offered us the option of a fixed price or to simply hire his electricians on an hourly basis. We purchased multiple new light fixtures, and decided to go with the hourly approach. The charge was $100 an hour for two electricians (we could have done $75 for one), and we were extremely pleased. His folks were prompt, polite, and did great work.

This company is just awesome. I used them before but forgot how great they are. My car was robbed when I left garage door open so I wanted light on in house when garage door open. Called garafano electric first. They called back and said it couldn't be done. Miguel and Carlos, such nice people, came and did it easily. Works great. Security light in front not working. Honestly told me just bulb replacement and did it. I love these guys.

Johnson Electric had done several jobs for us in the past, so I called and asked Keith if he could have his men do the necessary work. We agreed upon the time frame. His men showed up on time, quickly assessed the situation, made the necessary changes, cleaned up what little mess they had made and left everything in perfect order. It was a pleasure having them here.

Messaged for service quote, and received response promptly. Unfortunately, my area is out of his service range, unless it is a large job. He did offer his phone number to call, in case they have time for our job. Since we are just wanting to have all our mismatched our outlets & switches replaced by new ones provided by us, we will look into a local electrician. Keith called me back the same morning I called him to tell me he could squeeze me in the same day. His staff arrived a few minutes late (due to a previous job taking longer than expected), but they actually called to say they'd be a little late. So, that wasn't a problem. The work was done quickly and was 1/3 the price that another electrician had quoted. Later that day, my husband called Keith to ask whether he also thought we might need a bigger breaker. Keith said yes and walked my husband through how to do it, so we wouldn't have to wait for him to have time to come back (which also saved us $, since we didn't have to pay him for that time). Excellent experience.

They arrived on time, understood what we wanted, suggested alternatives when our original request wasn't feasible, and did an excellent, professional job. We will use them again.

I had a electrical problem which I wanted Johnson Electrical to fix. Upon hearing my description of the problem, he made a simple suggestion before having him come out, the fix solved the problem instantly which easily saved me $100. Other vendors I asked asking for $100 dollars upfront just to give me an estimate! I would definitely call this guy next time I have a problem.

Mr. Johnson was punctual, professional and courteous. I ended up deciding on another company but wouldn't hesitate to call him again for another project.

I had a partial power failure in the kitchen, eliminating some power sources but not others. Johnson Electric sent two technicians to do the work. Trouble shooting throughout the downstairs and upstairs areas of my condominium was required to identify the problem. I was impressed with the thoroughness needed to identify the problem and the attention to detail and overall professionalism of the technicians.

Wow. I called this Johnson Electric this morning (found them here). They were able to get someone out shortly after noon, he was prompt, he was professional, he had a great attitude, and the price was incredibly reasonable. We have found ourselves a new electrician. I could not be more pleased.

I telephone Johnson Electric on Thursday. He said that he could not come out that same day but that tomorrow between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. someone would. Imagine that? Next day service. Where do you get that kind of great service now a days? Next day Friday, the electrician was at my door at 8:40 a.m. So great! He figured out my problem and said that someone would be back on Monday morning to fix the problem since he had other customers appointments that day. At exactly 8:30 a.m. on Monday, the electrician arrived and did the job with minimum hole drilling. He even spackled the tiny holes for us! Amazing workmanship! I now have full power in my kitchen and everything is right with the world.

I was very happy with Johnson Electric's knowledge, promptness, and professionalism with the work that they did. They gave me a fair quote, knew what needed to be done, showed up on time and completed the job within the estimated time quoted. I would use their services again.

We had a partial blackout on a Thursday night (kitchen, family & living room) which we at first were able to reset the breaker but 2 hours later were not. I called Keith Johnson on Friday from my work and he sent someone to try and put a new breaker in without me there (first time customer, too!) but was unsuccessful and called me to say it was a short inside the house. I asked if I could leave my job (Friday afternoon, knowing I would be without power all weekend or even into another week!) and meet someone there and he agreed. His guys showed up on time, were very fast at figuring out where the short was and very efficient and professional (admitted he loved his job!) and got my power up quickly. I would definitely use this company again!

Couldn't be nicer. Mr. Johnson's assistant, Chino, worked quickly and well. Chino discovered my path lights had simply been burned out and didn't need a new timer box. I was advised about detectors, and now, if one near the kitchen is too sensitive and goes off too often, I am to get a photoelectric model which will only goes off when there is trouble. We have used them for years. They are always dependable and reasonable. They will save you money if they can.

Beautiful job; took only about 20 minutes start to finish. I feel much safer now knowing the old wiring has been taken care of.

I called and they were able to schedule for the next day. The technician was a little early, but it beats being late. He diagnosed the issue quickly and offered a few options. While I ran to the store to pick-up a new light fixture, he replaced the electrical outlet in my garage. He then replaced my existing light fixture. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work or the service.

Overall it was a good experienced, the various workers were nice guys and answered all my questions. I am sure if I had another problem they could do another great job. Thanks.

I've hired these guys a few times and they've been great. The prices are really reasonable - way less than other electricians I've contacted - and the work they've done has always been good. This last time I had two outlets that weren't working. The electrician found that they were wired incorrectly and got them working very quickly.

It went very well. Keith's crew made sure all the switches matched our upgraded switches in our remodeled rooms. They even made a special trip during the job to get the right dimmer switches with night lights. Their price for all the work they did was an excellent value. During the job, the doorbell was inadvertently disconnected and one of Keith's men came back promptly and restored it. Everything works nicely now and it's great to have the upgraded outlets and the three-way switches for the sconces.

I delivered the pump to Gory on Keith's recommendation and they had it running properly within 24 hours at a very reasonable price. They were knowledgeable and a pleasure with which to do business.
