We have a very old car that is over 100,000 miles. We never had a bit of problems with it until recently.

They were so good to us. They got it done so quickly. I was shocked how fast it got done. He got three mechanics to drop what they were doing to fix our car. He knew that was our only vehicle.

He let me break up the payments over several credit cards. He had no qualms about that. They pretty much charged me the parts at cost. They bent over backwards to make it easy for us.

There is nothing they could improve. You can?t improve on perfection.

We have been going there faithfully for five to six years. They are the only ones who touch our car. Unless we have an issue that is under warranty with the dealership, we only use Scooter?s. 

We drop the car off; they bring us home, and come get us when it?s done. There is nothing they could improve upon.

They do all of our car service. We go to them faithfully. The price was a lot less than I expected it to be. We went in for an estimate, and they got me in right away that day. They always do that kind of stuff.

I have had price quotes from other places, and I usually know what something is going to cost. They have always been at that or below that cost. Their service is top notch. When we have an emergency, they will work us in. They are very reasonable about working with me about what can be done right now or what can wait to get done. There have been times when I thought something was a lot more serious, and it ends up costing $9. That kind of thing builds a lot of faith and loyalty.

They are courteous and considerate. I really like them.

I've been going there for years! He really keeps a close tab on what's going on for your car. He keeps a service record on his computer and knows what needs to be done. If you need a pick up or ride home, he'll do that so you do not have to wait on site.

The estimate matched what I paid. They found other issues with the car that needed repair, which I comparison-shopped at couple of other places while the trans was being rebuilt. Scooter's prices were right in the ballpark or less than the others. The owner, Denny, and everyone else I dealt with was just great with keeping me up to speed on the progress with my car, and Denny even offered me a loaner! It's been several weeks and I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the repairs! Look no more for an honest, responsive, and totally competent auto repair shop!

They are the best auto people in the world. I found them about four years ago because I had problems with the Chevy dealer and I went to them for a second opinion. Chevy dealer said that I need a new transmission and new rings on my engine. So I went to Scooter’s and they said that the engine and transmission are clean. So I have been taking my car to them ever since. They were honest. I also spent less with their service.

They have reasonable prices. They do excellent work and they are very timely. They try to get everything done within a reasonable amount of time. They will call if they cannot finish it on time for some reasons. They speak English which is important for me.

We have used Scooters a number of times for any service on the car that is more than a simple oil change. They are really honest and never try to oversell the work that could be done. For example, last time we brought the car in because the oil change guys said that we had a coolant leak and that the tire treads were so low they were dangerous. Scooters tested everything out, and said that actually there is no coolant leak, that the tires would be fine for another 5-10,000 miles but that the brake pads were down to 5%. They could have easily gotten hundreds more dollars from us, but instead choose to do their work with integrity. This is why we go back!

The brakes on my Honda Accord were showing signs of degradation and vibrating, so I took the car in and had them look for that problem as well. I was hoping that they might figure out a solution for some steering wheel shimmy, but since no one had been able to figure out for almost a year, I wasn't too hopeful. Denny's wife happily offered to drive me back to my house while they worked on the car. That set the tone for the whole transaction off on a great note!
The team at Scooter's did a full inspection on the car. My brake rotors needed to be re-machined and the pads needed to be replaced, which was no surprise. And, for the grand prize, they found out the shimmy was due to a control arm being installed upside down, which was also the explanation of why my e-brake wasn't working very well. It was also preventing the e-brake cable from fully connecting. (That was some shoddy DIY work done by the previous owner.) They fixed a small string of problems that THREE OTHER MECHANICS MISSED. They also proactively serviced the auto transmission fluid and replaced my third eye brake light that I didn't know was out. The work was finished on time and everything was explained in detail.
The car is running great now, and Denny's crew are the only people I want touching the internals of my Accord from now on, as long as I live in the Inland Empire.

Denny and Joe are very thorough, proficient, and profession. They are helping me to keep my wife's Honda rolling while we are saving money for a new car. They give you options by providing a variety of solutions and types of parts. Additionally, they help you prioritize repairs and do not use the and quot;hard selland quot; method to cox you to spend more than you need to. Most importantly, the vehicle is always fixed right.

I left the car at the shop Saturday morning around 9am. I received a call back around noon to say that the engine checks all looked like perhaps a minor coolant leak at a clamp. Denny then asked for the location of my wheel lock to be able to check the brakes and to ask if I have a preference of synthetic motor oil brands. At 3 pm Denny again called to say he noticed oxidation on my headlamps and would it be okay to remove the oxidation. I gave him the go ahead on all services suggested.
Denny checked the brakes (good @50% wear), cleaned out my overflow bottle and found that the oily substance was previously applied stop leak, removed oxidation from my headlamps (no charge), ran pressure tests to find leaks (none or minor), changed the oil (synthetic 5w30), added a gallon of coolant and replaced the air filter. While a head gasket leak can occur at any time with a Subaru, current evidence suggests there is no significant problems with it at this time. HUGE relief!
Overall it was a very good experience. As a woman, I didn't feel belittled or that I was being upsold on things I didn't need. The quality of service is impeccable, the expertise of the mechanic is unquestioned, and I got a genuine feeling that they do care about how well they satisfy the customer.
If you are offended when a man calls you by terms such as honey, darling or dear, this shop may be a challenge for you. As for me, I don't mind so much if the work is done by a reputable shop who gets it right on the first try.
Scooter's Automotive--its a keeper.

hQuality of work was very good. They washed our car, a very nice touch. Quoted prices for brakes were too high so I opted to go elsewhere for that service. Advice for additional services did not seem quite right. Suggested changing plugs but was warned that it could lead to some problems and very costly repairs but he recommended do that. We have only 70,000 miles on a Honda accord.

I have never had a bad experience and in fact three of my closest friends have adopted Scooter's as their auto service center.

Overall their services were good. They were very nice.

I actually found out about Scooter's Auto Service through Angie's List. I took my car to them after I went to another mechanic who wanted to charge me 1200$ for less service done on my car. I ended up getting brand new tires and paying less to fix the original problem in my car! I was very happy with their honesty.

I took my car in to Scooters's Auto Service yesterday for a squeek I was hearing with my vehicle. The team at Scooter's took a look at my vehicle but were not able to hear the squeek. The good thing about Scooter's is that they did not even charge me. The team at Scooter's is very trustworthy and thats why I like them so much.

They were friendly, punctual, and trustworthy. They were efficient in their services. They offered a resonable price.

. I brought it to Scooter's and met Denny the owner. I explained the issues and noises I was experiencing. He went through the car with a fine tooth comb. He explained all his findings and what repairs would be necessary. He even went the extra mile to have my husband come down after work and explain everything again while the car was up on the lift. We had several repairs to complete. Denny prioritized the the repairs, which was helpful. The repairs have been completed and its been driven for a month and I am happy to say it runs great! Denny is honest and forthcoming and was very much appreciated.

My Check engine light came on. I checked the gas cap and tried to ensure it was reset correctly but the light remained on. I checked a few other things, referred to the owner’s manual, and found that there could be about 10,000 reasons why the light was on. The vehicle was running well so I thought it must be something simple. I took it to Scooter’s and Dan met me in the office. I told him the issue and he asked if I had time to check it right there and then. I agreed and he and a technician examined my vehicle immediately. Within seconds Dan and the tech confirmed that there was a plastic tether for the gas cap that was preventing the cap from properly seating. He handed me a business card and said no charge. Beautiful words to my ears. I am a customer for life.

The guy at Acura automotive, Denny, I liked a lot and used to always service my car there but he left and bought Scooter Auto Service so we started going there. He was very confident and honest. He caught some things that other people missed. There was one time he kept our car for 3 or 4 days and worked hard trying to figure out the problem but he didn't charge us for it and he found what was wrong.

Very professional and on time
