First of all Repipe Specialists were highly recommended by a neighbor who had recently had a great experience with them. They were quick to come out and give a quote. Rafael was very informative and kind. Extremely great to work with. He patiently and with out pressure answered all my questions. During the process he was quick to answer the phone and always had a solution to any question I had. The team that came out was great. My elderly mom was so comfortable around the 10 or so men working around the house that she was able to sleep on and off during the process. They were Fast and the Rafael set out in the beginning was accurate. The work got done when they said it would get done and went along just as they said it would. The team and especially Foreman Rafael were all professional and hard working and neat. Rafael was kind and helpful and super hard working and answered any question I had and even had great recommendations and help on a special sink issue. He was more than great to work with as well. The team took good care of the house as they worked. They were relatively quiet (as quiet as one can be as they are sawing holes in the walls.) They were considerate and polite and kind. The price for the job was well below the other 3 companies I had interviewed. Mostly because of the unique customer reward system they have. We got a discount for being recommended by our neighbor. It was different than most incentives that companies give. Usually they give the current customer the incentive or bonus but they gave us the discount. That made the pricing very very competitive. I am very happy that I chose Repipe Specialists. I had a very very positive experience with them on every level.

first day, 10 plumbers arrived, put down tarps everywhere and started work. by the end of the day, all plumbing was complete. the most complex repipe was the upstairs master bath, they put holes in the dining room walls and ceiling - big holes. the next most complex was the laundry room, again big holes, but the most beautiful copper joints I have seen. all those holes, but no dust or chips anywhere. after the inspector approved it, 2 plasterers showed up. their work was the best I have seen. the stucco work is undetectable. the plaster work under the sinks where you cant see it is perfect. the dining room came out incredible, they even matched the popcorn ceiling perfectly. I got home early, so I saw them clean up for a full hour, the house was cleaner after they left than when it started. the only think I missed was asking how they installed the 60 foot main water line up a 20 degree slope through hard clay, between massive tree roots and a large bush with only 2 small trenches at the ends.

I used Repipe Specialists. They were very efficient and they were very thorough. If there is a problem they are out immediately. The pricing was good, it wasn't the best, but it was well worth it, I would say it was good. I think that they have been one of the best re-piping companies in California.

The salesman, John, is great. The work performed seems to be high quality. The man they used to patch was excellent. But, as with most construction jobs, everything doesn't go as it is supposed to. We moved everything that John asked us to move, but when the crew arrived, they wanted us to move more furniture and postpone the start until the next day. I insisted they help us move the furniture and start that day. They complied. We had covered most of the furniture with plastic. They told us we didn't have to in certain rooms, but construction dust got EVERYWHERE, on every thing. They wiped some things down when they were done, but every single vase, picture, etc that we did not covered needed to be dusted. The salesman, John, promised that they could replace a hose bib where it was. That was one reason I hired this company - because another company said they would have to move the hose bib. The workers couldn't or didn't want to replace it where it was, so it was moved to a new place without my consultation. They tell you that a foreman will always be on site. But he had to leave to go to another job while the repiping was going on and is not there at all for the patching. They tell you that the patching will only take one day. They sent one guy by himself to patch who told me it would take three days. At first I was really mad about that, but he was so good, I figured it was better to have him for three days than to add another guy who was not as good. (But they did not give me that option, anyway.) I had to meet the City Inspector (twice) because the company does not do that. So you have to stay home and wait for several hours on two different days. Twice we scheduled the final walk thru, and they were late and I had to leave, so it has not happened yet, but it is supposed to happen today. All this may sound bad, but as I said before, it is all rather typical for construction and overall I think they did a good job. I just think the property owner needs to be prepared that it will take longer, be messier and not go as he salesman presents it. The property owner needs to be flexible on some things and stand their ground on others.

Their team was excellent. They arrived on time daily, worked hard while here, cleaned up after them and were incredibly professional. Their patching team was just as hard working and friendly as their piping team and the project was done on time and to city code. UPDATE: What really made these guys superstars for me was what happened 5 months after our install. Late one evening, we noticed all the paint on the bathroom wall right behind the toilet was starting to bubble. Knowing this meant water was leaking from the pipes and into the wall we immediately called Repipe, fearing the worst. The next evening (after business hours due to my schedule), the head of their local office came out to investigate the issue. Before even seeing what was wrong he assured me that if the problem was something they caused, they would cover all damages....fortunately we didn't need to go down that road! After 2 hours at our house (in the bathroom, in our crawlspace and in the attic), with the help of an additional plumber he called after an hour on his own, these guys helped me finally identify the problem. Turns out it had nothing to do with their repipe and everything to do with the incorrect installation of an AC unit a few days earlier. Repipe was instrumental in helping me get the AC company's insurance to cover all the damage they caused to our bathroom and piping as a result of their improper installation. For anyone looking to repipe their home, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend Art and his team!

I want to write to express how pleased I am with how professional, thorough, and efficient Repipe Specialists has been for us. Our 90 year old home needed some TLC. In January, we met with John Oscarson, who did the estimate on a PEX repipe, installation of a new mainline, and patching of the walls. We met with a few other companies, and I really felt that Repipe Specialists was going to be the best service and an excellent value. John never pressured me and I felt ver comfortable with the services being offered. In June we we decided to sign paperwork with RS. We got a call a few days later to schedule the repipe, which we made for the third week in July. RS sent a crew of 5 out to do the job. Repipe Specialist/Repipe Pro along with Adis and crew definitely exceeded my expectations. The PEX install and running of the new mainline was seamless and well done. Each step was explained to me by the crew. We were just going to get the incoming work done. After speaking with Adis regarding the outgoing, I realized that we needed to just get it all the pipes replaced, especially since the walls were already opened. Financially, it was something we were not wanting to do, but practically I knew we had to. At no time did I feel that I was being upsold. Adis was very honest with me regarding the situation. Our house was flipped 5 years ago, and the drain piping was poorly done, some on upslopes. There was a near constant funk that came up the drains. The proof came when the crew pulled out the old 2? and 3? outgoing pipes, which were nearly completely blocked by soil and household gunk. I am so very thankful for the honesty and efficiency of Adis and his crew and RS/RP. TIME: Repipe took 8 hours. Drainlines took 4 hours. Patching to be done tomorrow. Though we should never have to get another repipe done (knocks on wood)) on this house (lifetime guarantee), I would certainly use Repipe Specialist again, and I would make sure Adis and his crew were doing the job!

Ken was the sales person. He was on time and responded quickly when contacted on his cell with questions before signing of the contract. A date was established for the actual work to begin which was fitted to our schedule. We were called from the office a few days before to remind us of what needed to be done before the plumbing teams arrived. We were told by Ken that the team would consist of 4 - 5 plumbers and the work would take about a day and a half. One day would be used for the testing of the system under pressure and then the patching crew would arrive of the fourth day to patch and texture. The first day only 2 men showed up to start the plumbing process, I was told this was due to some of the men not being able to work since it was after July 4th. Most of the holes were done for the running of the pipe and some of the pipes were placed in the wall the first day. Our water was left on the entire first day which my wife appreciated. The second day a team of 5 plumbers arrived and finished the job of re-piping the house. I noticed in our downstairs bathroom that a hole had been made in the water for the water line without taking into consideration the original position of the old line since I have a tile baseboard in place. The plumber stated that he would try to put it into the same area so I would not have to replace the tile, which he did. I thought that perhaps this should have been done without my pointing it out to him. I received a call that evening from the main office and was ask if I would like to have the patching done the following day which implies that the entire job would only take 3 days instead of 4. I agreed to this since the system was on and under pressure for alost a full day. I noticed when the patch/texture team arrived alot of time was used to re-cut the holes done by the plumbers to make them a little more box-like. It seemed to me that the plumbers cold have done this as they were making the original holes to save time for the patching team. The kitchen ceiling had to be re-textured since the team cold not match the original. This work was done to my satisfaction. This team broke a couple of light housing which were not noticed until after they left. The clean-up was done, but perhaps could have been done a little better especially by washing down the front areas and policing smokes from the sidewalk and gutter. The floor was left with a film over the entire surface as well as some of the cabinets / appliances had traces of texture over spray. Over all, a decent job but could have been improved upon by the team.

This did not go as expected. My husband explained what was needed and why. The representative got out a note book and showed photos of bad pipes and explained why galvanized pipe is bad and copper or PEX pipe is good. Mind you, my husband works for a contractor and already know this. The rep went on to explain that the pricing is done by the number of bathrooms in the home. We have one bathroom and a 5? x 5? closet upstairs with a toilet in it. My husband explained that we only wanted the new pipe to go to a certain spot for the bathroom and join up to the old pipes as we are not remodeling the bathroom until next year when we will replace the old pipe with new at that time. He also explained that the repipe was mainly for the kitchen as this is what will be remodeled this month. The price did not change and the quote was firm for (2) bathrooms. My husband told him we had 2 more quotes coming from agencies found through Angie's List and the rep got nervous and told him to not let them know we got a quote from him. We feel he told us this so that he would not be forced to lower his price. My husband thanked him and told him we would call. We called the following day and turned down the quote. The rep told us he would do the job for free if we would be a reference since there are none for the Riverside area. My husband and I discussed it and contacted the rep to find out exactly what was free and what we would be financially responsible for. We received an email back stating that there were now ?free? programs in our area. We do not feel as if we got a personalized quote. We have a historic home with old pipes and we are in the process of making sure it stands another 50 years. We were very specific as to what we wanted and instead of listening and working with us, we got a standard response with an expensive quote for the small job.

Did a thorough job but was very late without calling to let us know. Everything else is good. Also follows-up.

The repiping portion went smoothly. The patchwork had some issues (delays, patcher actually penetrated a pipe) but it worked out in the end. They did a decent job.

Salesman, Michael Norse, was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me make this purchase and setting up installation. Gary and his team were so professional. I have never seen a company work like clockwork. Every member of their 11 man team had their own designated area. They were all so knowledgeable, they did not even need the supervision even though Gary was there.

We ask them to come back and redo some areas and they had no problem and sent out help quickly. Very Fast, Very friendly.

I found Repipe Specialists here on Angie's List where they got stellar reviews. Right before they starting working on our repipe I almost had a heart attack when I read the Yelp reviews. Michael Norris was my sales rep so I called him. He answered right away and put my fears to rest. We decided on going with PEX piping as opposed to copper, which is a newer material that people seem to be using. Well, let me say that Repiping Specialists did a FANTASTIC job. The team was super professional, they did the work quickly, were neat and there were no surprises. They also did the work for a VERY reasonable cost. Let me just say this - The inspector who came to the house, said we picked a great company because the work was executed so well. He works for the city and definitely did NOT need to say anything at all. Anyway, I would definitely recommend Repipe Specialists after getting the work done on my own home. I am extremely confused by the other reviews here on Yelp!

I have already referred this company to two of my friends who bought homes with pipe problems. Based on the wonderful job you guys did. I was hesitant to start the process due to not knowing how much it was going to cost me and the size of the project. I chose two companies for the estimate and the salesman Michael was what sealed the deal for me. He walked me through the entire project, he even showed me all the different piping options I had and what to look for. After getting the other estimates, Repipe Specialists was the only company that offered a combination of great price and warranty on the job, so it was a no brainer for me. It ended up being much more affordable than I had imagined, the work was complete in no time at all. And everything was done to my complete satisfaction. I even got a lifetime warranty. Happy to have found this company.

We own an older house, built in 1956. The plumbing was ok, especially in the newer, remodeled part of the house, but in most of the house we had the original plumbing which was on its last legs. We also inherited a very badly done plumbing job in the kitchen which resulted in the hot water only working when the dishwasher was running. Repipe Specialists came in, reviewed the situation and gave us a good quote. They explained the process, and acted quickly to schedule the work. It took a little longer than expected, but overall, they did an excellent job. The crew was efficient, worked hard to clean up after themselves and performed a walkthough each day to explain what they had done. The results were fantastic. They fixed the plumbing in the kitchen, replumbed everything with PEX and nicely repaired all of the holes create due to the replumbing. We easily passed city inspection and now we?re happy to say that there is no more rust in the water and hot water everywhere! We are very happy with their work.

The in-laws were planning a trip to come out and see my wife and our son. To our surprise, the water in our guest bathroom was coming out in a slow trickle. Unbelievable. We didn?t even realize it until just a few weeks before they were supposed to arrive. I had to find a company fast that could turn the job around in just over a week. We went with PEX as it was a more affordable solution for us. Very happy I found them and would recommend them to anyone.

I live in an old house where I have been a tenant for over 5 years. By year 5, the water in my shower slowly started to change to a rust color. I called my landlord and brought him a sample of the water (it was quite disgusting). Since we had a good relationship he agreed to let me look into repiping the whole house. He asked if I would go out and get a few quotes for him to review and approve. I found 3 companies on the internet, including this one on Angies List, and got individualized quotes from each. By far the most impressive of the bunch was Repipe Specialists. They also seemed to be the most professional and had an answer to all of my questions, plus they?ve been doing this for something like 20 years. I presented the landlord with the quote and he approved it. I scheduled an appointment for the following week. They were on time and very professional, the supervisor walked me through where they would be making the holes in the wall and how any debris would be completely cleaned, they even repatched and textured the walls! I was worried about having to clean up a big mess, and dust getting all over my furniture. They assured me that wouldn?t happen. They began work, and were totally done within just 3 days. The water in my house is perfect now! Even my landlord was happy!

The contractor did not pay attention to details, was very overworked and stressed out so I had to remind him o follow up. on this and that. They worked super fast, and it lacked quality. They sub-contract , so it really depends who you get. My contractor had too many jobs and not enough time for my house...rushed through everything. If I did not go around inspecting everything daily, it probably would still be incomplete. From start to finish it was seven days, and not four as they said. They came back and forth many times to re-due things that were not done on the first round. Overall, it was a poor experience and I would not recommend them.

Repipe Specialists did a great job on my home. The sales rep John was very straightforward and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. We got two estimates, and Repipe Specialists was the lowest. When John prepared the contract we made sure everything we wanted done was included in it. The whole process was very transparent and easy. They even make sure the holes they make in the walls to get to the old pipes were made neatly and cleanly.The workers showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. They arrived in the morning and completed the job the same night. We reviewed the contract and each item was fully completed. We tested our water system and everything worked perfectly. Great crew, everyone was very easy to work with. Would recommend based on our experience with them.
