The re-pipe when exceptionally well. The salesperson was very helpful and I did not feel pressured or like I was being sold. The contract was clear and the workers arrived on time. The work only took about 1 day to get the new lines in place. There was an additional couple visits for inspection and closing up the few holes needed for access. The job was done in a professional manner. The workers were clean and the final job was fantastic. It is a year later and I am still happy with their work.

Repipe Specialist showed up on time, performed the repipe in a professional manner and cleaned up after themselves. The entire house was repiped within 2 days. We were without water for about 4 hours on the first day, which was nice. All of the holes, both inside and out, were patched. All repairs were done to our satisfaction. We would use Repipe Specialists again, as well as recommend them to friends or neighbors in need of repiping or related services.

It went great. We looked at several companies and after reading reviews and talking to previous clients, we decided to go with RS. We were not disappointed. All the work was done professionally and all work was done on schedule, on estimate and to the highest standards. During the repipe, all my questions were answered and never was I left guessing about what was going on. We repiped with PEX and decided to do the repipe prior to bathroom remodels which were planned. Whenever it became necessary to break through the stucco on the outside of the home, resulting patchwork was completed to the exact match of the original stucco pattern. When the project was inspected by the city for final approval and signoff prior to closing up the drywall, the inspector commented on the high quality of the work done and how everything was done exactly as it should be. One further comment. After the bathrooms were remodeled, we had some minor noise caused by the new shower systems installed in both bathrooms. Not knowing what the problem might be, I contacted Repipe Specialists. They immediately scheduled to have one of their employees come to my home to make certain the problem was not with the repipe, which of course, it wasn't. One of the major benefits of any contractor is when they stand by their work. Needless to say Repipe Specialists proved to me first hand that they are the type of company that is there for you after the job is completed. This job was well done by a great company.

Excellent service on completing the total repipe on our home.. The crew arrived as scheduled and worked with the Foreman on what to expect during the job. He provided me insights on the materials used and details on the plumbing system... which was a huge benefit for me that he provided me so much information about water system in homes.... he kept me informed throughout the day leting me know how things were progressing. Had been initially informed that it would be 1.5 days to complete... was very impressed when I got a message after lunch that the crew was going to push through and complete by EOD.... they stayed on the job until almost 8:30 in the evening to complete... IMPRESSIVE.. The crew.. very systematic on planning the activity and working on their designated areas to complete this project ahead of schedule. They prepared the home with plastic/protection to minimize the dust involved with doing this type fo rennovation. Next steps where the drywall patch which went very well and was a concern considering we had just remodeled our home...I had been informed by others who used different contractors that this was their biggest disappointment... cannot say that with Repipe Specialists as their crew did an excellent job on the drywall repairs (there is an art to this believe me) which is what makes the final result speak for any project, ... actually my friends mentioned earlier were IMPRESSED on the results and asking themselves why they didn't go with RePipe Specialists.. You cannot see any deviations anywhere throughout the house on where the drywall repars were done.... This has brought peace of mind for me... 3 slab leaks over the past few years and dealing with your Homeowners Insurance after the 1st incident never goes well... No more waiting for the next leak to occur takes a lot of pressure of the mind knowing the home is your biggest investment. I would say if your patching your existing plumbing, it's a matter of time before something really major is going to occur, and hopefully your not away for extended periods where extensive damage could occur if left unattended for days... so get this taken care of right away... They were on time and completed the job in about three days. They even sent a worker out to repair a broken tile. We haven't had any problems since the job was completed. The water pressure is greatly improved as the plumbing was original (1938). The drains run better too.

A representative came to my house to provide an estimate to repipe the entire house. I liked him, the materials he provided, he was very professional. We can some phone conversations to clarify the scope of work and then when I asked to schedule the work I was told they no longer service my area, WHAT??????????????

I was extremely satisfied with the service they provided. They had a great crew of 5 or 6 workers, that completed the job in 2 days, with water running in evening of both days. Initially I was concerned about the 19 holes needed to be made to repipe my home. I was ecstatic at how they matched the textures when patching the dry wall and stucco walls. A few places I touched up the surfaces with matching paint, but most of the patching was so good that I didn't feel the need to repaint ...d***, they were great craftsmen. This company also were more complete in writing the estimates than the first two bids. Very professional. Extremely satisfied. Felt very comfortable with the crew in my private home as I would with friends. Very happy with the clean home they left me with. Very happy to give this highest recommendation.

I was kind of skeptical at first after I had gotten quotes from plumbers. The plumbers wanted upwards of $8k and that didn't even include the drywall work that would have to happen after the fact. After speaking with a plumber friend, he agreed that I should just go with them. Repipe Specialists came in and tore up our house in a very respectful way. They taped off everything so dust didn't get over all our furniture and TV. A group of probably 10 guys were in the house and got just about everything done in a day. They handled all the inspection work for the city. After all the repipe work was done they came in and drywalled everything. They broke our garbage disposal somehow and replaced it with a new one. We used to take showers and someone would turn on water somewhere else in the house and the person in the shower would be doing a dance if you know what I mean. Now, we have perfect water pressure! Hot water heats up quick... Water pressure is awesome! This is the best investment we have ever made to the house. I think the other service we were looking at was Repipe 1 and they beat their deal even.

Very professional. They showed up on time and walked us through each step in every room and garage as they did the work. The whole job including all patch work only took 3 days. They set up the inspection that had to be done and all we had to do was just be home. They also had the best price of the 3 estimates we got.

Everything went well, our estimator came by about a week before we scheduled. We had already done some research regarding PEX vs. Copper, and just had a few questions. He was very knowledgeable and gave us the honest pros and cons, which backed up our own research. We felt very comfortable with his answers and were able to make a deal and schedule the work. On the first day, the installation crew arrived and did the removal of the old galvanized supply lines and installed the new PEX. They scheduled the inspector to come out in a few days. After the inspector came out, he had some questions which the Repipe Specialist office was able to answer, and after his approval, the patching was done that same day. One thing we did have an issue with is that during installation, one of our toilets was cracked in an area next to the wall. It was unfortunate, since we had just installed them one month previous. But It was hard to see the crack so I didn't notice it until a few days later. We called the office and they sent a plumber out to confirm it was damaged during their installation. He confirmed it was probably from the saw they used to cut open the wall, and he picked up a replacement toilet immediately and had it installed a few hours later. Overall, I think they did a great job and for a reasonable price. Most importantly, they owned up to their mistake and made it right. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their house repiped.

The crew showed up within five minutes of the scheduled time, and were actually completed inside the anticipated end time that same day. The guys were polite, professional, and neat. My husband and I were around the entire day, but barely noticed them. They worked in one area and were as quiet as possible. The work was terrific and we haven't had any problems whatsoever.

.Vince was able to work miracles with the problems I had with funding the bid. I was able to get the money I needed prior to the work starting. The crew started exactly on tiem. The initial contact with the crew was positive and encouraging since they asked details as to what I needed done on the site. I was impressed with their professionalism. The highest quality of materials were used and the workers never got in the way of us at the home. The work was done in one day and I was extremely pleased with the quality, efficiency with which they handled a few small problems encountered by the design of the house and the plumbing that had to be rerouted. The repipe fixed a number of problems we had been having with water pressure, rust and leaking. Now everything is like brand new. Repipe Specialists were outstanding. I love the service I received from the sales crew, the repipe workers, the materials used and installed, the installation and cleanup and followup on the job. I don't know why anyone would use another company.

We had our second slab leak in February 2014 that triggered our decision to renovate our main floor.Before doing anything, we decided to eliminate all active plumbing from the slab. A complete repipe.The quoting process was very detailed. There was no question about how much mess would be made and what would be done.A permit plumbing job requires all in-wall old plumbing to be removed so there were a LOT of holes in walls and ceilings.They had a crew of 6 in our home for two days, leaving us with enough active water to live overnight.They took great care in adding expansion foam at all points where the PEX went through joists or came in contact with anything.This was done to avoid in-wall noises.The city inspector that came prior to wall patching made several very positive comments about the workmanship.The patching fellow arrived and was there for 5 days.He was extremely detailed. Matched all drywall densities and texture coat.When the job was done, all walls were ready for priming and paint, our job.We had several tiny leaks in the 1" copper main feed outside. I called, they came and fixed same day.The crews were great, very polite, clearly took a lot of pride in their work.A repipe job is one of those invisible jobs, that when done adds no visible difference. BUT...knowing we will never have another slab leak is massive peace of mind.Our water pressure is excellent everywhere.The hot water return line was the best add-on possible. We have instant hot water at the most distant faucets in our home saving a LOT of water that went down the drain waiting for hot.These folks are great!!

It went great. They were recommended to me by a couple of friends. I met with their salesman Michael Norris on a Tuesday evening. He did such a great job explaining everything I knew I wanted to use them. I did however feel it was important to obtain a couple other bids. Others were much higher except for another company. I discussed this with Michael and he assured me that his crew would do the best job. Being referred, I chose to use Michael and Repipe Specialist. Their crew of about 7 people arrived at 7:00 am on Thursday. They taped off all areas with plastic so as to keep everything as clean as possible. They put their holes in the drywall that were needed for the repiping. Completed everything by that evening around 7:00 pm and turned the water back on. The city inspector came the next day and signed off stating everything was done correctly. Then a couple days later on Monday, they had their drywall crew come early, patch and texture the walls all in one day as well. The patching & texturing of the walls was so good, that in most areas you could not tell it even needed painting. We like Swiss Coffee and the patching was real close. Our repiping was done in September of 2013 and I would say that I've referred them at least 15 times. Quite a few are my neighbors. Most of my referrals have used Repipe Specialist. I'm an insurance agent and anytime a client starts to talk about water issues, my office gives them a referral. Michael still stays in touch and always thanks me for the referrals. I'm believing I won't need them again for the home I'm currently living in, but if I move, I won't hesitate to call them to take care of my repiping needs. It doesn't hurt to give them a call. Adis and his crew showed up at 8:00 a.m. sharp. Adis walked through the project with me and described each detail of the installation. He asked me if I had any questions that were not answered. He was very thorough in his description of what the job will entail. Once I was satisfied, he introduced his crew and they started working. They proceeded like a well-oiled machine. One person started laying down hall runners to protect my carpet. Everyone else went to a predetermined fixture and started working. Adis continually went through and ensured each task was completed in a professional manner. All of his crew members maintained a professional demeanor throughout the installation. I was amazed at how little demolition was required to complete the new PEX install. I was in the trades for over twenty years. It was very apparent to me that Adis and his crew are true professional tradesmen. Upon completion Adis ensured everything was working properly, no debris was left on site and ensured my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Adis if there is a need to have your home Re-piped.

My two floor town home was built in 1986. In Oct 2013, a galvanized water pipe between the floors had a bad leak and it would cost about $500 for a temporary fix. There had been similar leaks and repairs in the previous years. Several of my neighbors had already replaced their old pipes sometime ago. I decided it was time to replace mine. I talked with my neighbor who had her pipe replaced several months ago. She used Repipe Specialists and recommended the company to me. I contacted the company and it sent its estimator, Mr. Michael Norris, to my home. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained the repipe process to me in detail and quoted me a price which was a little bit more than my neighbor's because of the high number of holes on one of the walls. He never put any sales pressure on me. I told him that I would let him know my decision as soon as possible. I also received estimations from other companies at the time. I finally decided to go with Repipe Specialists based on my neighbor's recommendation and my meeting with Michael. I was able to negotiate a little bit more discount through Michael. I signed the contract on Oct 15 2013. One of its sub-contractors, Repipe Pro, started the job the next day. The job includes - 1. Replace all the galvanized water pipes inside the dry walls with PEX. 2. Replace the outside water control and connecting pipes through the garage with copper pipes. 3. Open and patch all the holes on the dry walls. 4. Replace two bath room shower faucets. 5. There is a life time limited warranty. It took the workers only one day to finish the repipe. The next day, another group of workers started patching some of the holes on the dry walls. The day after the city inspector checked the work and signed the document. The next day the workers finished patching the rest of the holes. All the workers were fast and professional. The whole process took four days. After the job, my water pressure is better than before and there has been no more water leak. The only problem is that sometimes there are rumbling noises from the location near the water heater when I turn on the water faucet(s). I am not sure whether the noise is from the new pipes or from the five year old water heater. I contacted Repipe Specialists about the problem. They transferred me to their sub-contractor Repipe Pro. Its owner, Art, said that from his experience the water heater is the problem. I was not convinced and insisted that the company should come to my house to locate the problem. On Nov 11 2014, Art sent his worker Ara over but we were not able to repeat the rumbling noise. On Feb 6 2015, Art himself came but we again could not repeat the noise. Art assured me that the noise is from the water heater and it is a common problem. I think they are trustworthy and I am satisfied that they work with me. Unfortunately I cannot prove their point until I replace my water heater. In the mean time, I hope the noise would not get worse. Overall, I am happy with Repipe Specialist and would recommend the company to my friends.

We shopped many different Repipe companies and went with them because of their price, reputation, and professionalism. We would recommend them to anyone looking to get repiped in a timely, affordable matter.

These guys are true professional and specialists in their field. After getting quotes from a couple large plumbing companies about replacing my water pipes, I found Repipe Specialists. When the first two plumbing guys looked at the job they seemed uncertain about details such as where they would tie-in and whether they would be able to provide the hose bibs I wanted to add around the exterior. Both bathrooms had ceramic tile in the shower surrounds and they were certain that they would not be able to preserve the tile. Neither of them were willing to repair the damage caused by their work. I would have to find someone else to repair the stucco and drywall after they were done. Both quotes were in the $12-14K range. In stark contrast, the gentleman that came out from Repipe Specialists was quick to see what needed to be done on their end. I asked about the hose bibs; "No problem". "Can you run an extra line to the rear of the house for future sprinklers?" "No problem". "Do you think you can save our ceramic tile in the showers?" "No problem." "What about the stucco and drywall repairs?" "We have a team that comes in after the inspection and takes care of all the repairs." He sat down with us and educated us on the entire repipe process including the options for materials and their standards of workmanship from a binder full of pictures and illustrations. We were shocked that their quote was thousands of dollars less than those from the large pluming companies. We immediately signed with them. They arrived promptly at the time scheduled with a crew of seven men. After a quick walk-though to scope out the job, they launched into a flurry of activity. The first thing they did was to lay protective sheets on all the floors and hang plastic sheeting over all the furniture in the work areas. Each man had a specific area to work in: one in each bath, one in the kitchen, one in the garage hooking up the laundry, one digging a trench from the street to the house, one working on the outside bibs and tie-ins and one guy assembling pipe in the attic to supply all the areas. They were all very polite and eager to please whenever I had a question. I couldn't believe they completed the entire job and were nearly finished cleaning up in only 7 HOURS! And, our ceramic tile was saved! The inspector arrived the following day was very impressed with the quality of their work. As promised, the Repipe Specialists repair team showed up the following day and repaired all the stucco and drywall. Bottom line...don't even think about using a regular plumber for a complete repiping job. Repipe Specialists are the real deal...Quick. Clean,, High quality material and workmanship at an extremely reasonable price!

After discovering a slab leak in our home we decided on doing a complete repipe. After speaking with several repiping companies we chose Repipe Specialists. Rafael was our initial point of contact and he was terrific. He came to our home, completed the necessary measurements, and then explained the entire process to us. He was not only knowledgeable and professional, but very honest and personable. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we understood all of our options. He allowed us to make an informed decision without "pressuring" us into any unnecessary work or upgrades. He was also able to schedule the job to begin with in a couple of days of our initial meeting and told us it would be completed in 3 days. Throughout the process he kept in touch, made sure we were happy, and asked if there was anything we needed. The plumbing foreman gave us a call the day before the job was to start and asked if we had any concerns or if we needed any changes to the work. The day of the job, the crew arrived on time and after explaining what they needed to do and asking us if we had any concerns they began their work. It was amazing to watch these guys. They were efficient, professional, and very skilled. At the end of each day they completely cleaned up any mess and would ask if we had any concerns. I was surprised that they were able to complete the entire job on schedule in only 3 days. We were never left without water and the work looked great. They did an outstanding job. The office scheduled an inspector and their work passed without a hitch. The patching crew came next. Another great group of guys. They finished all the patching in one day and when they were finished we couldn't tell that there had been any holes in the walls. They also made certain we were happy with their work before they left. It was so good that when I went to paint over my exterior stucco I had a difficult time locating the spots to repaint. I even wrote down the name and number of the patching crew in case I need work done in the future. I highly recommend the Repipe Specialists. They did an exceptional job in all areas and we could not be more satisfied with their work.
