Friendly, fast, affordable and honest. Ralph gave me an estimate based on my description and pictures that I sent him. Once he arrived he noticed some debris & junk that I forgot to include a picture of. He adjusted his estimate to include the additional work but was honest and fair in his price adjustment. I would use OC Dump it again. He also speaks Spanish. This was a plus in that he was able to communicate with my contractor about my needs.
