Martin's Sprinkler Repair

The service went well. I have used the company 1 other time and would definitely use them again. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about an hour and a half. He was able to diagnose the issue and repair the sprinkler heads. The pricing was fair and they did good work. He was prompt and great at communicating with me. I had no problem scheduling the service at all.

I've used Martin before, and I really like his prices and quality of work. I did have a problem with him not coming originally when he said, and never got a call to alert me, but he did apologize and finally did come out got the work done.

He said he performed the work, but when I came to inspect my house and yard a week later, whole sections of my system didn't work. The timer was turned off and I don't know if he actually did any work on my system at all. There was no follow up or recommendations or indication of work performed.

Martin returned our call right away and scheduled a time to come out and meet with us. He tested everything and discussed with us his proposed plan and provided us with a quote. We scheduled a time for the work to be done and he showed up on time and the work was completed within a few hours. All is working well and we are very pleased with the whole experience.

3 times a no show so I cancelled

Martin was able to come out the day after I contacted him to repair my sprinklers. He was very nice, reasonable and seemed very competent. All fixed and all good. Would call him again in the future.

Martin arrived on time, assessed what was needed and gave me a very competitive quote. I gave him the green light and within three hours he has replaced the sprinkler control box, fixed the broken sprinkler line, replaced the old manifolds and removed a dead tree for me. I would highly recommend Martin. I know I will use him anytime I need my sprinklers repaired.

Mr. Lopez came as promised, in fact he was a little early which I didn?t mind at all. He did an excellent job in assessing the problem and repairing the leak in a timely manner. I would contact Mr. Lopez again when the need arises.

Martin did an outstanding job of bringing my entire sprinkler system back to life. Big benefit is also his 4-year guarantee. Definitely recommend.

I contacted Martin and left a message. He called me back about 2 or 3 hours later. He came to my house a day later and promptly did the work. He was able to come before the appointed time, which was good for me. He is very courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgable. He diagnosed the problems I had right away and completed them in a matter of about one-half hour. I would use Martin again if the need arose.

From start to finish, Martin was completely professional, competent, and friendly. He efficiently used his time and the job was done quickly and with no problems whatsoever. He is eager to do the job right and he charges less than some of the other contractors I contacted. To get a job done right for less money is always a plus in my book. He was very good a diagnosing the problems and his solutions worked wonderfully. He was easy to get an appt with, and he showed up on time on all occasions. I called on a Monday and by the next Friday, I had a perfectly working irrigation system. I have lived in my home for a number of years and have coped with sub par sprinklers since living here. We recently had some trees removed which broke a number of things and I could no longer put off having the whole system serviced. I dreaded the cost, but Martin made it practically painless. I was very glad to meet someone I can call when things go wrong in the future, and feel lucky to have him accessible and available. I read some of the less than glowing reviews but decided to try him anyway and I am so happy that I did. Couldn't ask for better. Thanks for everything, Martin!

Martin called and canceled our first appointment and then no show/ no call for our second.

Contacted them on the 28th and said he'd get right back to me...didn't hear from them for a day contacted again and said "give me 10mins and I'll call you right back" - still nothing - the 30th he contacts me and says he will be there Saturday morning at 10am.. I confirmed the night before and he said he'd be there...at 11am on Saturday no-show from him so I contacted him again and he said, sorry but his other job was taking him longer than normal and he'd need to reschedule for Sunday at 11am...confirmed Saturday night..."yep I'll be there" - at 11:30am he texted and said "sorry to disappoint you again, but something came up and I can't make it...how about tomorrow" I replied "just tell me what day/time you will 100% be here so we can plan accordingly? He replied "100% for sure...I guarantee it 9am Monday morning" I said fine, I'll take the morning off and wait here for you. It's now 10am and once again he stood us up. What a horrible way to run a company and ruin our weekend plans not to mention the $200 it cost me to take this morning off of work to stay at home. He has a phone but refuses to be the 1st to reach out to contact us that he's going to be late or just not going to show at all. BEWARE of using this company unless you like to have your time wasted and be treated like crap. I hope his existing customers keep him busy as he apparently is, because my mission will be to make sure everyone I know does NOT contact him for anything!

There was water leaking in between the neighbor's yard and ours. When the neighbor dug up one of his sprinkler heads, water was gushing out, so naturally he assumed it was his system. He called out a company (not on Angie's List btw) who told him the problem was actually ours. The guy couldn't find the problem, but said he 'd have to dig up our yard to find it, and to repair the mysterious problem would cost $450.00. After hearing that news, I needed a second opinion. I immediately went to Angie's List. Martin came out the same day I called, and within 5-6 minutes, diagnosed the problem. He said we only needed a new valve. He did his magic, and the water stopped leaking! At my request, he gave a few suggestions for upgrades, and a solution for areas of grass that wasn't getting proper water, and an area that was getting too much water. Just a few short days later, we have 3 shiny new valves, a few new sprinkler heads, and the leaking water is no longer an issue! Martin was very professional, on time, very knowledgeable and I will definitely call him in the future!!! I have already given his name to a few of my friends. And I will definitely reccommend Martin to my neighbor - LOL!

It went great. I called the evening before and he called me the next morning. He was in the neighborhood so he came by promptly and got right to work. When checking the sprinklers I noticed water pooling up. He found the source of the leak and repaired it. He was here for about 4 and 1/2 hours (taking some time for lunch). He did this all on a Sunday which is usually a day off for him. He was very nice, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for any of your sprinkler needs.

He did a good job for a reasonable price.

We called early in the week and was able to get service scheduled for the following saturday. When Martin arrived, we explained our issue and Martin and his assistant immediately made the necessary repairs.

I have used him multiple times. He shows up when he says, his price is reasonable, and he is communicative.

They were excellent, beyond perfect. I used him and I would use him again. I've already used him twice and I really, really like him. He's very personable, knowledgeable, efficient, timely, just everything like really good.
