Randy did everything I needed and the work was done quickly. Very happy with the results.

I had Carpet Masters of California do some repairs on my bedroom carpet. The original company that installed my carpet did not do a great job of "stretching" the carpet tightly. A couple of large folds appeared after a year and the original installer would not do the repairs. I called CM and they promptly returned my call, set an appointment and gave me a very competitive bid to repair the carpet What more can I say, they were on time, thorough and completed the process in 90 minutes. I highly recommend this company and will use them with any additional carpet repairs and cleaning! Well done guys!

Randy and Sean of Carpet Masters of California were professional, proficient, prompt and courteous. The floor of my mobile home had developed an uneven area under the carpet that was a tripping hazard. I called them to lift the carpet so the cause could be determined. There was a one inch wide gap, and the side closest to my office was one inch lower than the other side. The gap continued the entire length of the house, varying in width and depth. This repair involved removing carpet at two doorways, a hallway, and the entire length of the junction between the kitchen and living room. Based on his extensive experience, Randy devised a plan to fill the gap securely and fix the change in level. He and Sean accomplished this carefully and efficiently, vacuumed the gap as they worked, replaced the pad and carpeting, re-taped as needed and restored it to its original condition. They cleaned up and vacuumed when completed. It was an outstanding job, completed in one morning, and the cost was very reasonable. I recommend them highly! Patricia C. in Sylmar,CA
