They called to say they would be a half hour late. They did the work quickly, without mess. The work was done well. They used quality hardware, and Starfire glass was included in this price. I was very happy with the job.

Alex was very polite and called to let me know exactly when he would arrive. His pleasant manner showed professionalism and gave me confidence. We had a consultation about the best way to install this particular item in the particular place and I followed his suggestions. It didn't take very long. The mirror looks great. He did a good job and couldn't have been nicer.

Alex did a great job on my shower door. I just had my shower refinished, so I was a bit nervous having someone working around my shower with tools, Alex was very professional and covered everything and was extremely careful. The company owner (Alex) arrived right on time for the initial bid. He was polite and very knowledgeable about his product/service. He shared pictures of other projects he had completed and was helpful in assisting us pick out the right door. His bid was very fair and he said he could get the job done within 3 days. He scheduled the installation 3 days later at 7:00 AM and arrived right on time. The entire installation took 1 hour, just as he predicted. The glass shower door looks and performs great. We are delighted with the service that AA Millennium Glass Company provided and would strongly recommend them.

We had a double pain window with a long crack going all the way from the bottom to the top of the window. Alex and Ricardo came out on Wednesday to measure it and provide us with an estimate. They came out, two days later, to replace the window and cleaned up afterwards. The new window matches the old one quite nicely and didn't take more than 30 minutes to replace. They arrived a little late, but had the courtesy to call us, way in advance, to let us know. You can't imagine how much we appreciated that. We also appreciate that they are willing to do small jobs along with the big ones. We will definitely be using them again.

Based on the reviews, I thought this must be the company I have been looking for. I even read in one of the reviews that another contractor that I have used and I'm very satisfied with, uses AA Millennium Glass. I decided to call. I identify myself and explained to Alex what I needed: to replace a front of the house window for a type of glass that would provide privacy. I asked if he provided free estimates. He responded that he does. But also he said he would call me in about one hour because he couldn't hear me very well. OK. I understand that. I waited one hour, two hours, and at the end of business day, no call. I thought maybe he lost the phone #. So I call back and no response. The next day I received a call from his business phone #. Unfortunately, I missed the call. I called back. Call was forwarded to voicemail. I left an extensive and detailed voicemail with my name, phone # and a quick reminder of our brief conversation the day before. Here I am, 10 days later and this vendor has not have the courtesy to call back. I understand if they are busy. All what I ask is a courtesy call letting me know that they are very busy and there is no availability until after certain date, etc.. . A little bit of courtesy, professionalism and formality would have been very appreciated. I did not use nor plan to use this vendor for my projects.

We were very disappointed with this provider, who left our house a mess and our beautiful window damaged. The workers needed to extract the broken glass along with the old putty from the frame. They were friendly and punctual; the problems started when they got to work. They used a power tool to extract the old putty but did not spend the five minutes it would have taken to put up plastic to prevent all of the dust they created from flying straight into the house. The room where the work was done was left covered in a fine layer of particulates, very bad to breathe and a pain to clean. It's everywhere, including in the carpet and in a daybed and across many shelves of books. To make matters worse, the workers left deep gouges--1/3' deep and up to 3/4" across--in the interior window frame, not from the glass installation, but from slamming open the slider until the latch smashed into the opposite side, which must have been done several times to cause such damage. We live in a historic house with beautiful douglas fir windows. This window was in excellent shape for seventy years; it took only two hours with this company to bring that to an end. They did a fine job if we limit our understanding of what that means to installing the piece of glass. But after all that the new glass had a scratch. It was small, and they tried to buff it out and then did offer to replace it, but we decided it wasn't worth the trouble, and we didn't want to have to deal with them again. We were given an $80 discount, so the job came to $300, but what we really wanted was to go back in time and call a different company. I had thought I might complain to the owner as well as writing a review: to my amazement, one of these guys was the owner! I'm still astonished by the cavalier treatment of my home and property.

Alex arrived at my home promptly for a consultation. I have a very small dining area that has a table that only seats 6 comfortably. I had been considering changing the shape for a long time. Alex made a wonderful suggestion about a new shape that would allow 10 people to sit at the same table in the same space. The glass arrived within the week and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely use this service again.

Alex and staff did a great job! They were on time for both the estimate and installation visits. The installation visit had to be rescheduled by them but they gave me adequate notice. It was not a standard installation as the previous mirror had part of the light fixture support glued to it so that had to be removed and reset. When that happened it became much easier to work with the light fixture! They also saw that the medicine cabinets were crooked and readjusted them correctly. Great guys!

Alex of A.A. Millennium did a terrific job. He was very professional in not only the installation aspect of our home remodel project, but also was helpful with design decisions. In turn, he was willing to answer our questions and to aid in selecting the hardware for our glass showers. In this regard, Alex was easy to work with, punctual and attentive to details. Also, his bid was the lowest of the glass contractors who gave us estimates. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to others without reservation.

We recently bought our first property and wanted the shower/tub in the master bathroom glassed in. We chose this company based on their good reviews on this website and we were not disappointed! When I called Alex answered and we set up a time for an estimate the following week. Alex came and looked at the bathroom, discussed our ideas with us and offered advice at how best to go about glassing in a shower that has two additional feet of tile beyond the tub before you hit the wall. He was able to schedule the install three days after the estimate. There was a slight push in the start time of our install due to a piece of glass that had been delivered to him incorrectly, but once they had the right glass they showed up early to install, got the install done in a short amount of time, and cleaned up after themselves very well. The finished results are beautiful! I would definitely use this company again in the future. Alex and his guys were great!

WOW! I cannot speak highly enough of AA Millenium Glass. He came out next day to provide an estimate and helped us pick out handles/hardware for the shower door with prices that were considerably less than the competition. Then he and his team installed everything the VERY next morning. The work was far beyond our expectations. Absolutely stunning to say the least. I couldn't stay until they finished so left check for the work and accidentally overpaid (my own bad math). He personally brought a refund check to our door!! Professional, neat, courteous, funny...I won't ever go anywhere else for custom glass work. Thank you, Alex :)

Everything was very fast, neat and professional. The following day after I got my estimate for a bathroom mirror manufacture and installation, measurements were done and on the third day the mirror was installed!
